Jepun Sari Uluwatu Bali

Lovely hotel with excellent service. The hotel is located in a quieter area just outside the center of Uluwatu, but can be reached within 5 minutes by scooter. The staff is extremely friendly and eager to please.

We would definitely go here again on our next visit to Uluwatu!

We loved staying here! Place was so cozy and interior was gorgeous. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Would have extended our stay if we had more time. Hope to be back one day and would recommend to all!

The photos online are exactly as the room is. This is a beautiful oasis tucked in the jungle of Zulu Watu.

Very nice, well-kept small complex in a quiet location. Still a very good location to get to Dreamland Beach or the city center by scooter in just a few minutes. Scooter rental cheaply directly in the hotel. The rooms were generally clean, but we had some mold on the glass partition of the shower and yellow stains on the bed sheets (despite warnings and changes, stains were always found). Mattresses were very hard. Staff very nice and helpful. However, for the price it is a really nice facility and definitely recommended.

The worst "hospitality" experience I've had. The management is borderline rude, takes advantage of customers every moment they can, dishonours signed agreements and gives partial refunds.

I'd never recommend stating there. The location was nice, I really liked it at first but then got in touch with the management to book a room longer term and they changed their price 2 times raising it 40%, as we were speaking, they were putting prices on booking platforms up as well, so it wasn't making sense to book it anymore. At some point we reached an agreement and I paid a deposit for the room. 2 days later they reached out asking for more money. I refused, asked for the deposit back, which they refunded but changed $60 transfer fees to me! They were the party that dishonoured the signed agreement and they "hospitably" charged the fees at my expense. At the same time raising prices and making other people pay 50%+ for rooms.

I've never had such a bad experience in hospitality. All positive first emotions are gone and I'll never stay in the place again as well as will never recommend it to anyone.

Seeing some similar reviews here, that seems like a rather common issue.

Our stay at Jepun Sari was perfect. The room has a very good style and is clean. The pool is nice and the staff is friendly. With a scooter you can visit all the places in Uluwatu.

I saw the place before and after renovating and the change is incredible, the staff is very friendly and warm.

First - the place looks nice! But the management is terrible, we confirmed our booking and went out to get some cash for the deposit (you just can pay in cash there). When we went back with the money, the manager didn't recognize us anymore, the place was suddenly fully booked and there was no solution to get a room anymore. In the end, it was just a big waste of time to go there.

After the renovation of the place, its looking amazing, like a 5star. Totally recommended for such a good price.
