Went for a manicure and eyelash extensions.the eyelash extension master left while she was doing a manicure, the administrator said that she was canceling my appointment, as the master supposedly "fell ill", although she was just too lazy and she left, canceling my appointment. I saw it because I was sitting at the exit.the massage was not done very willingly, during the massage another employee came up and they started talking.after the salon blacklisted me without explanation.only later when i wrote to them 3 times i was told that it was because i had not canceled the booking in 24 hours.take an advance payment - no. Throw your customers on the black list - yes.geniuses.save your nerves and do not go to this disgusting salon.layanan menjijikkan. Tuan sangat malas. Pergi untuk ekstensi manikur dan bulu mata.master ekstensi bulu mata pergi saat dia melakukan manikur, administrator mengatakan bahwa dia membatalkan janji temu saya, karena master tersebut diduga "jatuh sakit", meskipun dia terlalu malas dan dia pergi, membatalkan janji temu saya. Saya melihatnya karena saya sedang duduk di pintu keluar.pijatan tidak dilakukan dengan sangat rela, selama pijatan, karyawan lain datang dan mereka mulai berbicara.setelah salon memasukkan saya ke daftar hitam tanpa penjelasan.baru kemudian ketika saya menulis kepada mereka 3 kali mereka mengatakan kepada saya itu karena saya tidak membatalkan pemesanan saya dalam waktu 24 jam.ambil uang muka - tidak. Buang pelanggan Anda ke daftar hitam - ya.jenius.selamatkan saraf Anda dan jangan pergi ke salon yang menjijikkan ini.

The salon is in a bad state no maintenance, during the massage, the masseuse left all the time and applied very little oil. This is not a quality salon

If you care about hygiene then please don’t try to come to this place. My husband and I came to do massage and extension lashes (for me). The place is so dirty, I went to toilet and they didn’t warn me that there NO WATER (literally you cannot flush the toilet and there’s no tissue or water) but after I came out when she said the water is not working from yesterday? Of course I insist to wash my hand and the lady gave me mineral water to wash my hands with I don’t know what kinda soap they have. The staffs are lovely and friendly but when it comes to hygiene, it’s very bad. I can even smell the lady hands while she did my lashes.

The lash lift here is so good. Novi was so patient and really careful and she did such a good job!

VERY BAD SERVICE! Today i had a reservation there at 4pm
And they mistakenly double booked on their side
I was at the salon already and was told to go home because the other client is on their way
If you are local and staying in Bali, DON’T EVER GO HERE! They don’t treat us equally as the tourist

Tempat nya bagus dan nyaman, juga meni pedi nya bagus juga, nemenin adik kesana dianya seneng banget.

During my stay in Jimbaran I made an appointment here. I did lashlift which I loved it in fact, and then manicure and pedicure which it could have been better. They did not have almost nailpolish options and I had to choose a random color that I did not like at all.

The Balinese Massage was so good. And it cost Rp. 130.000, - for 90min. Me and my friend visiting this salon for massage and menicure and pedicure.

I just had the most fabulous.foot massage! A masseuse gave me a best foot massage of bali, despite she works overtime
