I received a body scrub and remedial massage and was very satisfied. The staff were also very friendly.

I got the Beauty Package (Balinese massage, facial, and cream hair treatment) and it was the most relaxing and indulgent 3 hours of my life! I was warmly greeted upon arrival, and then was quickly brought to my massage room. The massage and masseuse were absolutely wonderful, and she made sure I was comfortable and enjoying it. For my facial I opted for the seaweed facial, and afterwards my skin was so soft and radiant! The cherry on top was my cream hair treatment, where my hair was washed and the cream was applied. She finished with blow drying my hair, and I don’t think it has ever looked or felt softer. Every aspect of my visit was amazing. I can’t wait to come back next time I’m in Ubud!

Apparently it's run by a Japanese person. The clerks also speak Japanese well. I received 60 minutes of reflexology, which also included an arm massage.
There is also a locker room where you can change into a gown. First, a light dry massage followed by a cream massage.
There wasn't enough cream on my arm, so it wasn't slippery and it hurt a little, but once the cream was absorbed, it felt good. It was about 2000 yen.

I had a 90 minutes massage appointment here at 2pm today. I arrived about 20 minutes early. However, the massage therapist told me she was done at exactly 3pm. Which means I got less than 80 minutes massage if I count the time I waited and changed to get ready.

The massage was nice and refreshing. It wasn't too strong, but it felt like the acupuncture points were being pinched. It was a very professional massage. Next time
I will come again

Overall, my experience at this spa was extremely unsatisfied. The subpar nail product quality, lack of skill in applying nail polish, and discriminatory treatment towards different ethnic groups make it difficult for me to recommend this salon to others. I strongly suggest exploring other spa options in Bali.

Had a facial, body massage and cream bath.
Had a worst Balinese massage and worst facial. The facial therapist blatantly asked me how old I am. Put too much cleanser to my face and my mouth. She obviously doesn’t know what she is doing.

However creambath therapist Nilh was awesome. Very professional.

The masseuse was very unprofessional, worst massage experience ever in my whole life. Waste of time!

This spa is a very nice spa in Ubud and its located just on top of Monkey forest hill.
They have very nice staff working in this Spa and they were really helpful.
The message was great and I love the scrub very much.
Would love to comeback soon and also in the end of the treatment you will get some drinks and fruits which is absolutely perfect️

Good place for relaxing. Located in quite place, not near main road. Price is reasonable and service is really good.

My husband is not a pressure demanding for massaging. But the masseur for Balinese massage, just didn’t apply enough pressure even after telling her. The bed was moistured with oil. However, my experience for hair wash massage was quite pleasant thou.

What a find! Exceptional quality services. My friend and I spent our last day in Ubud. A full body massage and the most luxurious facial ever. Highly recommended and I will definitely be back.
