Cheap but clean accommodation.
Recommended as it is easy to get around in downtown Ubud!
Street noise can be a bit loud, but it wasn't too bothersome.really! There is a small restaurant right next to the entrance to the accommodation that locals visit, and it is a really good restaurant.
Really really really cheap but delicious food. I'm thinking about it again.

The only downside is the towel provided are little bit dirty. But I brought mine so it is fine

Big and clean room, the staff is very friendly and nice, the location in the center of Ubud

Very centrally located hotel in Ubud, it has a small underground car park so that you always have a place yourself or with a driver.
Most of the rooms are in the inner courtyard, so it is very quiet. You hardly hear the street noise.
There is also a pool and it is very clean, as is the whole area.
Service as always Bali mentality, very, very friendly and courteous. We had booked a room without breakfast and got coffee without end for free. I don't know if that's everywhere. Were very very satisfied.

Location in the center of Ubud, which is super convenient to get to anywhere nearby. The service is very nice, every staff is friendly and helpful

Would recommend when staying in ubud. Rooms and bed are big and the swimming pool is nice to refresh after a long hot day. People from the reception are really kind and can help you with everything like tours or a taxi.

Value for money. Well managed. Location was perfect! Close to Yoga barn, Monkey forest, famous restaurants. Definitely want to stay again in thd future.

Pretty average but i’m very disappointed because the room we stayed had mosquitoes, bugs and also a FROG (first picture) probably because it’s in front of the garden… the good thing is it’s in strategic location.

Clean spacious rooms. Great shower. Nice bed. Super friendly and helpful staff. Location is ideal and prices were very reasonable! Certainly will be coming back here next time we come to Ubud!

Great value, amazing staff (went above and beyond for my dietary needs), and a beautiful sanctuary amidst the city. Highly recommend this hidden gem.

Assigned to a room with faulty aircon (emits hot air) and kettle (cover is damaged). Was told to change to a family room (1 queen, 1 single) on the ground floor and initially informed us there wouldn't be extra charges. Then when we were there the staff said they need to speak to management to give us 2nd night for free. This is obviously lack of maintenance, why must we be charged?

Bath towels had a musty, salty smell. Safety deposit box is MOVEABLE! Worst of all, walls are so thin that we can hear the nearby live bands and cheering of the drunk crowd at 11pm. Horrible location for families

This was by far our favorite place we stayed in Ubud! The staff go out of their way to help you and we were always greeted with smiling faces and amazing service! Clean and updated rooms, fast WiFi (very important for us since we had some work to do), Jani's is a must while in Ubud! Great location too (walking distance to a giant grocery store, plenty of great restaurants, Monkey Forest, and lots of shopping).

Staff was great and they went above and beyond to attend to our requests. Lovely place really well located.

Cozy little hotel in the heart of ubud, bali. The rooms are nice amd spacious. The staff is helpful. A small pool in the property adds value especially if you are planning to have a laid back holiday at bali

Everything is nice here. Stuff is amazing and caring to make your stay here as pleasant as possible. Different activities possible while stay here. The place is not big, but comfy. Food tastes just great. And room is clean.

I stayed in Jani's place for a month and I love it. It's in the busy part of town near the Taco Casa but the rooms are spacious and quiet. The pool is a little small but for the price the room is full of fancy boutique touches which make the overall experience enjoyable. The staff were always friendly and polite. Try the Warung outside the hotel too!
