10/10! Best massage place I've been to. I felt being indulged in this place with the great massage, hospitable staffs, relaxing vibe and well decorated environment. This is one of my unforgettable experiences in Bali

Very good! The service is good and the location is located in downtown Ubud, so it’s easy to find!

Get the full body massage! It is wonderfully relaxing. We had Gebe and Fifri as masseurs/therapists.

Very good experience, all the people who serve you are charming. They welcome you with a very good cold drink and ask you about the areas in which you want the massage or want to avoid. Tini was very good with the Balinese massage and super attentive at all times, she played some headphones for me with relaxing music because there was some noise outside and it was incredible. At the end they give you a sweet and a tea. I will 100% come back again

There was construction during the day. There was no notice and i was informed during the treatment. Loud and not comfortable

The most amazing spa. Putri was so amazing. She has the kindest soul. She made the experience x 10. All of the team are so lovely. As well as inside being so beautiful. Highly highly recommend.

If you're looking for a great (couples) massage: go here! Very friendly people, great masseuses and an all together great experience. You can book all massages as a couples massage as they have two beds in the room.

Wonderful experience at Jaen Spa. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly faces and instantly felt at home. The spa was beautiful and clean with welcome drinks before our treatment. We had 60 minute foot massages that were the best we’ve ever had and have to thank our therapists Parmini and Heri. They provided the most exceptional service and we only wish it went on for longer! Thanks to Okta for making us feel so welcomed throughout and ensuring we had the best experience. We loved all the extra touches such as the post treatment ginger tea and local delicacies. We can’t wait to come back again soon! Beautiful spa and service!

We were treated by the therapists: Lestari and Selpi. They gave us excellent care. And the reception Okta was really enthusiastic. Great place.

Brilliant spa! We went to Jaens Spa Shanti Mas as the central one was full and it was amazing, just got a GrabBike straight there. It was such a luxury, the masseuse was amazing and we were treated so well! Would go back in a heartbeat!

It was such a beautiful Experience in Jaens Spa. Had the traditional Balinese Massage and it was really relaxing! Ratih & Okta are so friendly. I will come back soon!

Jaens spa is wonderful. Spent 4 glorious hours doing a package that even included an hour massage with two therapists. The spa has a lovely vibe, the staff are very kind. The choice of oils and scrubs is large and the tea and snacks provided are a lovely treat. The overall experience was fantastic, would return again and again!

Not as good as the photos and menu. The treatment is just ok same as other places with half cost than this place. The therapists gave inconsistent massage pressure. Once they found the guests fell asleep, they didn’t give any pressure but simply touching.
We won’t return to this place.
But, the welcoming procedure is excellent.

Yesterday visited Jaens Span and had a fantastic experience. The staff were angels and the facilities top-notch. My massage was one of the best I've ever had. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for relaxation and rejuvenation. Don't hesitate to book an appointment, you won't regret it.

We spent NYE there. We had a big couple program. Balinese massage was really good. But scrub isn’t ok because they use yogurt and you’re sticky and cold waiting for having a shower. And there’s another one not ok thing: they ask you to change clothes in the toilets, they don’t have a special place, so it’s uncomfortable to go to the toilet after a good massage.

We had the couples spa treatment and it was incredible - welcome drink, foot wash, Balinese massage, body scrub and floral bath. Staff amazing and the treatments were wonderful, so relaxing. Finished with a tea and snack. Would highly recommend. Great value for money:)

One of the most amazing hospitality we’ve ever encountered! So we booked the Couple Treatment a few weeks ago. We have to wait approximately 40 minutes for the room to be prepared, but we greeted by the reception and were given cold towels and cold drinks.

The room was not really fits our expectation, and there was a loud construction noise from the building next to the Spa.

After the treatments done, we were given some snacks made out of sweet potato and grated coconuts and they asked us to give a review about the treatments. My partner wasn’t really satisfied and quite annoyed by the loud noise from the construction, and the spa Manager managed to give us a complimentary 30 mins foot and back massage the next time we come back.

Overall, not the best timing for us to visit Jaens Spa but their hospitality was Superb!
