Ion Bali Benoa

The hotel exceeded our expectations.
It was very clean, the service was good too.
The pool was also usable and there is a roof terrace where you can comfortably end the evening.

The location of the hotel is also quite ok. If you want to relax and do a few sightseeing excursions, this is the right place for you

Book disini supaya dekat ke Nusa Dua karena ada acara di BNDCC. Diawal check in udah ribet, karena harus ada security deposit Rp 300.000, -/kamar. Karena book lebih dari 1 kamar diturunin deposit jadi Rp 200.000, -/kamar. Better deposit pakai cash karena tidak bisa debit dan jika CC ribet klaimnya. Please waktu awal masuk kamar dicek lagi seluruh sprei, bed cover, handuk yang bisa meninggalkan noda. Jika memang ada noda diawal better langsung beritahu staff. Saya lupa cek sprei di bawah bed cover dan sangat berhati-hati dalam menggunakan fasilitas agar tidak meninggalkan noda. Pada saat checkout ternyata ada noda pada sprei di bawah bedcover seperti noda betadine segaris. Padahal saya tidak dalam situasi menstruasi, menggunakan betadine maupun lipstik diatas sprei tersebut yang mengharuskan saya membayar Rp 156.000, -.
Minta tolong staff untuk cara menyalakan televisi karena tidak tersambung dengan internet, tidak ada yang datang ke kamar.

Kesini karena ada acara di area nusa dua. Harganya murah tapi kamarnya kalo utk sendiri sangat cukup. Hanya saja utk service laundry tidak ada. Mau lanudry di luar aman banyak pilihan. Kalo sarapan nya saja yang jauh dari standart hotel bintang 3. Tapi kalo dibandingkan harga memang ini hotel paling pas dikantong

Kami menginap bersama keluarga pilih kamar dengan connecting room, kamar cukup luas, tv chanel hbo, , kamar mandi shower, air panas, hair dryer, welcome drink di roof top dg pemandangan indah, bisa tidur nyenyak, pagi2 bisa jalan ke pantai Nusa dua menikmati sunrise. Ada kolam renang juga untuk anak2. Puas nginep disini, staf sangat ramah, harga sangat terjangkau dg fasilitas yg oke. Sayang sarapannya ala carte, menu kurang bervariasi, tapi rasanya semua enak. Recomended hotel in benoa. Harga terjangkau pelayanan memuaskan.

Nice comfortable room, staff is friendly and helpful.
They cleaned room every day.
You get free drinking water, tea, coffee in room.
Bed is very comfortable.
I stayed in upper floor and it was super quiet, not many people were there.
Swimming pool is very nice, big enough to enjoy, and again, no crowd was there!
The area is not the best, but very near to very good beaches. Generally everything is very close to each other, so, the area is not a problem at all.

Pelayanan standar, jam 9 pagi saya di tlp staff dan nanya jam brp mau checkout, kesannya seperti diburu2. Desain kamar mandinya agak aneh, tdk ada saluran air di toilet jd air menggenang

Amazing property for the price it comes at. Has almost all the amenities including a pool and terrace bar. The beach is at walking distance from here and lots of shops and restaurants nearby to statisfy food requirements. Only downside is that the rooms don't have windows at all so one has to be all dependent on the airconditioner for fresh air circulation. The room that I got had a faulty AC and reported it to the desk and got it changed quickly, it's better to go and check it all before entering into the room. Rest the space is huge and nicely maintained.

It has been a while since I last last trip to Bali and I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s also within walking distance of the beach. All of this for a reasonable price. I will definitely consider returning.

I have had a great experience staying at Ion Bali Benoa! Bali is my first holiday destination after the Covid lockdowns in Australia, and my stay at Ion Hotel has been amazing. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful - greet every time they see you, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and located in a good location (walking distance to the beach and water sports).

Overall it was good value for money, looking forward to staying here again!

Pelayanan ramah TAPI hotelnya bau apek, ada sikat gigi tp pasta gigi tidak disediakan. Desain kamar mandi aneh, dan tidak ad shower utk toilet. AC tidak dingin.

Less than 5 minute walk to beach with lots of water sport. The hotel room is clean with good service and friendly staff. Overall, value budget hotel for anyone who wants to spend time in Nusa Dua or Benoa area.

I want to say good about this hotel however it is a hotel that trust to be 4 start but needs renovation.
The crazy open-plan bathroom allows no privacy.
This is no drain in the toilet so water is left sitting on the floor.
AC in many rooms does not work efficiently.
Mini fridge is more warm than cold and is pointless.
Internet is very very very slow.
They charged us to pay to clean their sheets because of a little blood and said they can't use sheets again if stained (they said can't use the sheets again because of blood even though I have cleaned blood stains without any strong chemicals) and yet they have complaints about dirty smelly bed sheets all the time so this is not true.

The manager and staff however were very friendly and that's the main positive.
There is also a good view from the rooftop.

The staff are amazing, the manager assisted beyond normal means. The grounds are clean and very close to the water.food was fine and room was clean and comfy. For the price it's worth it. Staff are great

Di hotel ini ketika saya check in malam hari, kesannya sulit dicari tempatnya karena dari jalan Logo atau Sign in nya tidak jelas, ketika masuk kamar mau mandi airnya kecil, makanan breakfast membosankan dan itu itu saja

Staffs are polite, foods are delicious, price reasonable but room quality didn't meet my expectations.

Ada pelayanan shuttle untuk jalan2 sekitar nusa dua dan benoa. Hotelnya bersih, petugasnya ramah dan makanannya lumayan.
