The truth is that those who complain have obviously never taken this route with another company, reclining seats, space outside with shade, and space in the bow without shade but in the wind, incredible trip for 250,000, companies like Ekajaya charge 385,000 for the cheapest fare, The seats are 90 degrees, the air conditioning does not work and they are literally full of cockroaches, for what this boat is charged, and I say this after trying all the companies since I live in Indonesia, it is the best, you travel comfortable, it was quite punctual, I was very satisfied.

Worst company.
Bad service, 2 hours delayed, they don’t care to sell more seats than real capacity of the boat. Some people had to stand up because no seat available during the journey.
They don’t care about people and health, only about money and scam tourists.
They are scammers, don’t recommend it.

Worst company! Do not book with them!
First of all the boat was about 2 hours late, there was such a big chaos while loading and unloading they have zero system. The boat ride wasn’t as bad but the staff is super unprofessional, sleeping on the floor on tourists bags etc.
AND THE WORST is the shuttle service, scam scam scam scam! They tell you they drop you off at your hotel but at the end they want you to pay more otherwise they just drop you off at the city center. This creepy shuttle driver guy even took pictures of us! NEVER AGAIN

Excellent! I was scared by the bad reviews. But everything very very good. Punctual, excellent service on the boat, very comfortable and not crowded. And the van was waiting for us to take us to Seminyak.

Absolutely love being told I need to lose weight whilst having the door of a car aggressively slammed into my leg because they are trying to fit 7 people into a 4 person car. This was after they made everyone wait for a non existent transfer, instead trying to get people to pay an extortionate amount for a taxi. We saw them also take some peoples transfer tickets, and then tried to pretend they hadn’t ever bought tickets. Oh and the boat was 2 hours late - so all in all the worst ‘company’ I have ever had to deal with if you can even call it that

Worst experience. Complete lack of organization, time delay, we spent 4 hours in a hot boat in the sun without air conditioning, open windows didn’t help much, and sometimes water splashed through them, there were more people in the boat than there were places. Such transport is not even suitable for livestock; choose decent companies for transportation, but definitely not this one.

We booked our tickets on Gili T and told it would depart at 9: 30am to Padangbai. A few hours later was told we were stopping in Nusa Penida. The day of departure we ended up stopping in Gili Air and Lombok as well. We hoped that this fast boat would save us time but we’re not told about these extra stops. The fast boat itself was fine, left on time and AC worked. If booking with this company, make sure to triple check where the boat is stopping.

If you go on this boat then don't put your personal bags on the roof of the boat as they want. We put and forgot money in the backpack, 500 euros and some jewelry were stolen from there. Didnt expect that here are such people ️ first time such experience in indonesia.

Boat transfers in Indonesia are not a really great experience in general - so I can‘t understand some reviews here. The boat is cheap, crew is friendly - they even sell cold Bintang - and you shouldn‘t expect to arrive exactly on point, but we just got some minutes of delay on arrival. Drive was quite bumpy, but I guess it also depends on the seat you choose and of course it‘s harder on a small boat.

The worst boat company I have taken in my entire life. I thought I was dying.overloaded boat, not enough seating, some people were forced to stand for more than 2 hours.that day, the sea was rough, but the driver did not want to slow down, the hull of the boat creaked with each wave and several times almost capsized.at this point everyone is equipped with life jackets and half of the passengers are screaming and crying.it lasted 2 hours!

I had no issues with my ride or the company. I went with Invina one way from Gili T to Bali in March and everything went fine. The boat sort of left on time, there were seats for everyone and even though most windows were open the AC cooled a bit in 35C full sun weather.

The boat is not big so in bad weather and rough seas I can imagine it getting bumpy but here some common sense and personal responsibility is a necessity. If you easily get sea sick, make sure you don’t take the boat in windy weather. Check the weather forecast and book only when chances of calm weather are high.

Be careful! Worst company ever! My watch got stolen out of my luggage. They keep your luggages and your belongings on top of the boat, distant from where you are seating. The boat ride was not smooth at all, quite scary and dangerous.

For all travelers don’t bother getting this service.
1. Service touted to be fastboat where trip between bali and gili t is 1 hour but trip actually took about 2 hours.
2. Ride back from gili to bali was supposed to leave at 1030 but boat did not arrive until 1230. Trip back took 2+ hours too
3. Absolutely horrible and unfriendly staff onboard who try to bully those who do not buy beers into seating in the hot cramped underbelly of the boat.
4. Air conditioning does not work. Hot generator spitting gasoline fumes at your seat.

Given the chance would never recommend this service to anyone ever. Would give this place a 0/5 if I could

Please don't use this boat. Boat was over an hour late, and I was promised a direct shuttle to ubud. Get there and they tell me its a 4 hrs shuttle with stops when the journey would normally take 1 hour

[AR Padangbai - Gili Air]
La clim ne fonctionne pas, pas de ventilation et forte odeur d’essence. Le trajet dure en réalité 2h30 pour une traversée assez agitée. Autant dire qu’avec une chaleur étouffante, c’est très long.
Aussi, le trajet retour annoncé à 10h30 ne part en réalité que vers 12h-12h30 (puisqu’il s’agit du bateau qui arrive de Padangbai qui repart dans la foulée).
En revanche les services de navette à l’aller et au retour sont bien organisés.

Do not travel with this company. Horrible experience. No AC, boat smelled like fumes for the full journey. Boat was 2 and a half hours late. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Had a 10.30am ticket, checked in an 10am and was told to come back at 11.30am. Came back at 11am and 9 people missed the boat. They put us on the next boat at 11.30am. It is now 1.30pm and the boat still isn't here. This service is a joke.

Better dont take this Company for your boat trip they are hours delayed and they tell you every time you ask That boat is coming in 20minutes but it isnt. We wanted to take the boat from Gili T to Lombok Bangsal. Should have Started at 11: 20 and at 1pm we still waiting
