BYR MAHAL TP AIR MATI, LAH ORG LAGI PUP DISURUH NUNGGU AIR! SUDAH BAIK SAYA MINTA REFUND YG 1 HARI AJA TP GAK DIKASIH. CUMA BISA BILANG "GAK BISA GAK BISA" TERUS. VILLA JELEK, SERVICE JELEK, TAPI MAHAL. DITAWARI PINDAH VILLA DI PROPERTI LAIN, TAPI SAYA GAK SUDI NGINAP DI VILLA INI DAN KAWAN2NYA. PELAYANAN BURUK SEKALI. WORST VILLA EVER!

Checked in here in May 2023. Single mum here, had worked hard to save for a trip for myself and my son. Firstly, this place is NOT family friendly; within half an hour of us checking in, my son had gotten out of the pool and slipped on the tiles in the only entrance into the villa and landed on the back of his head. The spa outside was filthy, the hammock was definitely a coathanger waiting to happen on a small child. The common walkway was flooded with water and I slipped over. The aircon didn't work. There was no transport nearby at all. I paid upfront for 5 nights and breakfasts, I left in tears after half an hour of being there. None of the staff spoke English, apart from conveniently being able convey that they won't be refunding me. After our holiday (found some fantastic accommodation after leaving this establishment), I had been in touch via WhatsApp to try and negotiate a partial refund. They were responsive for a short time, then they blocked me.

The villa is nice with modern decor.the amities are complete.there are pools & jaccuzi which make the holiday even more enjoyable.for breakfast the food is delicious.
I was on holiday with my husband & children, it was fun.
For a romantic touch, you can order breakfast with a floating tray or flower decoration in the bathtub.the staff are friendly & helpful.there are no mosquitoes & they don't bother you.
The strategic location is a 5 minute walk on the main sunset road
Highly recommended romantic villa in Bali.

Please don’t use shivling (god) as a fountain in your entrance.it is disrespectful. Other than that everything was great

Very disappointed, and would never come back again

I had been there once before covid. The hotel was great and super cleaned. Four years later I finally have time travel bali for holiday and always have this hotel in mind due to the satisfaction I had from the first visit.
Very unfortunately the hotel was so under maintenance, dirty bathtub, rubbish bins were dirty like super super dirty. And walls were not too good too!

Personally I would say the villa is too pricey in terms of the conditions I have listed above.

The rooms and facilities are great and clean! However, their service is below expectations, and they offer poor breakfast.

I am generally not a fan leaving poor reviews, i will share this feedback here so you can make an informed decision about staying here and their management to hopefully act on this.
We stayed here for a night and asked for our pool to be decorated with flowers.
Check in well we arrived at the villa our villa was not ready so we ended up waiting for about 30 minutes after checking in even tho we arrived 1: 30 minutes after.
The flower decoration on the pool looked good however the flowers were full of insects and worms inside the flowers.
Breakfast very minimal simple bacon and egg served with nothing when we asked for bread they brought us two small croissants. Staffs did not pay attention to a simple breakfast instruction and they served us tea instead of coffee.
Cleaning standards were poor which seems to be a common thing in Bali. Zero attention to details. Mould in bathroom and rubbish and stones inside the pool.
The place and neighbour are not very nice and villa is way over priced for this location and quality.

Good place and hospitality but I am really disappointed with the reservation department. I am supposed to be on my honeymoon and my flight has a delay with about one day, so the reservation team refused to shift my reservation although I sent them the proof of the delay and I paid one extra night although I have already paid full amount for two nights.

Pelayanannya cepat & bagus, villanya nyaman & bersih, lokasi strategis dekat kemana mana, AC nya jg dingin

Staffnya ramah2, lokasi sangat strategis, mau kemana2 deket. Mau beli oleh2 Krisna juga tinggal jalan kaki. Kamar luas, 2 tmpt tidur, satu dibawah, satu lagi diatas. Trus ada semacam ruang keluarga gt, bisa buat ntn dan ngumpul keluarga, ada ruang makan, ada dapur, lengkap. Microwave, kompor, panci, piring sendok ready. Kolam renang 1,5 mtr dalemnya, anak sy ga bisa renang, akhirnya cm main air dipinggir. Kamar mandi gede bgtt. Kamar mandi ada 3. Pokonya recommended buat menginap bawa keluarga.

Sy menginap 2 malam, hari pertama sy diantar breakfast jam set9 dan tdk masalah.hari kedua, malam nya sy chat dan berpesan di WA kalau sy mnta breakfast pagi sekali karna sy mau flight pagi beserta sy lampirkan pilihan menunya.besoknya breakfast sampai jam set 10 gak diantar, saat checkout saya tanya, dan dijawab bahwa sy gaada bilang jam berapanya, pdhl di chat sy menanyakn “bisa agak pagi? ” dan yg dijawab hanya password wifi, tp yg sy tanyakan utk breakfast tdk di jawab, jd sy kira oke2 saja.resepsionis meminta maaf tp tetap dengan beralasan kenapa SAYA tdk memastikan jam brp nya saya rasa kalau meminta maaf mengakui salah tdk dengan bilang “tapi ibu tdk memastikan jam brp” karna pertanyaan sy aja tdk direspon yg saya kira sdh clear akan diantar, JUGA, meskipun kalau memang SALAH SAYA.sy tidak konfirmasi jam brp.kenapa sy ttp tdk dikirimkan breakfast pd jam seharusnya yg sebenernya itu adalah hak saya.kenapa harus menunggu sy konfirmasi lg? Karna sy buru2, saat sy sudah checkout saya chat kembali karna suami sy tdk terima, suami sy mnta uang breakfast d kembalikan tp pihak admin bilang tdk bisa dikembalikan tp kalau mau akan dibikinkan dlm waktu 15 menit sementara dia tau sy sdh dijalan, sementara KENAPA waktu sy tanyakan di villa si resepsionis tidak bilang bahwa bisa dibikinkan dlm 15menit? Ini bukan masalah makanan, tp pihak staff sangat kurang profesional, disamping itu sy lg hamil dan mempunyai anak bayi yg saat itu jadi tidak makan pagi

IT IS A ROMANTIC VILLA!
Really enjoy our honeymoon stay, reserve it for 2 nights, as we check in, we decided to extend our stay for another 1 night.
As we checked out, we want to try another Inivie Hospitality villas. Will be back for sure!

And the most important thing for us is:
CYCLIST FRIENDLY
We could put our bike inside safely

The hospitality was so nice!
Amenities, ambience, cleanliness, jacuzzi, we love everything (and of course the reasonable price)
As we got our room at the bagian paling dalam, jadi mengurangi suara/mobilitas pengunjung lainnya.
Untuk suara room lain pasti ada terdengar sedikit karena ada area outdoor, but we were okay with that

The one that need more attention
When the rain comes, our room got some little leak, but luckily it was over the indoor pool
And the PARKING AREA, karena waktu kami datang ada hujan beberapa kali, area parkir sangat becek dan menyusahkan untuk masuk turun mobil/naik turunkan barang

Overall ok, cuma mungkin karena sempat banjir kemarin jadi akses menuju villa agak sedikit tergenang, semoga kedepan bagian akses jalan kalau bisa ditinggikan
