Indus Restaurant ulasan
50This was a disappointing experience. Beautiful interior but terrible service and even worse food. I ordered lobster dish. It was a Nobel of noodles with some cream sauce, no lobster bits were visible. We ordered “Korean style vegetables”. It was a pile of string beans with soy sauce. My friend ordered a prawns dish, but it didn’t arrive at the table, so we asked where is it? The waitress had no idea and gave us a menu. Eventually it came. I had to go get plates so we cut noodles and share the dishes. It was very expensive. Over 700,000 rupiah. Terrible service and food.
Not happy with the menu changes, food was tasteless and weird. We have eaten at Indus many times over the years, we won’t be returning
Sebelum pandemic, kalau kami ke Bali, pasti makan di Indus. Makananya enak, sehat dng garnish yg nyeni cantik. Setelah Natal 2021 kami kembali lagi ke Indus. Pemandangan tetap indah, dekorasi makin bagus, waitress waiternya ramah tp sayang banget, makanannya tidak seenak dan seunik dulu lagi. Hanya cheese cakenya yg enak. Kami ingin menu Indus seperti yg dulu yg menbuat kami selalu ingin kembali lagi kesana
The Renovation after being closed during the Pandemic, it all is lovely and the service very good. However the prices are high for the amount of food given. To receive my 3 inch long piece of fish wrapped in Banana leaf with nothing else on the plate and asked to pay extra for rice at already 125,000 + left a bad taste in my mouth and pocket.
I would not recommend Indus, as I alway did before. Disappointing after being closed for so long. Would not go back.
The food was fantastic, I ordered the chickpea curry. But the service leaves a lot to be desired. Our waitress is incapable of saying "I don't understand". I ask a question, she doesn't know the answer, so she answers my question with some random piece of information. Then we order tea and the other waitress comes back two times because they don't understand the order. I'm not paying these prices just for the view, I also expect good service for these high prices.
Food was reasonable and the service was fine but do not recommend after sunset or for your first night in Ubud. The atmosphere was completely dead on a Friday night and apparently the original location is under construction, so they are in a temporary location up the street. If you’re looking for something memorable, keep looking. (As of October 2019)
If you're looking for a themed restaurant with specific authenticity in taste, i would not recommend this. Overpriced for its pizza. They have low awareness of guests traffic especially those who want to go to toilet. They held performances in the way to go to the toilet and it was really annoying.
First of all, the view is beautiful. Food could be better. Variety and portion were less. Not bad in terms of service either.
The starters we're good, but the main course was very simple and almost bland. The dishes lacked flavors. I was expecting more deep flavours from dishes such as Butter Chicken and Mutton Rogan Josh but unfortunately I wasn't satisfied. The Dal Makhani was also quite plain and not like a typical North Indian dish. While the ambience, variety of dishes and service was good, I cannot say the same thing about food. I am sorry to say but this was my first time here and probably the last. Will not be visiting again!
Very good foods& drinks, soft & alcohol, good view, all people happy. Good value in Ubud.
Very nice setting, very pleasant service, food was no different than other places a third of the price
Thank you for agreeing to receive us 15 minutes before the end of the evening service, we had a great time. The staff was very attentive. Too bad for us, we missed the view of the Campuhan Ridge Walk which must be magnificent.
Awesome view over the valley, delicious food. Service extremely nice but a bit slow. Absolutely recommend though!
Tasty food with a great view to match. Felt a bit like a suburban country club in the afternoon though. Full of middle aged white ladies having wine lol.
Beautiful view, friendly staff and tasty food. Good variety of local and western including pizzas
Sat at the balcony so we got to enjoy the great view of Mt. Agung. Must book in advance to make sure you get the right seating. We ordered Fish Curry which was really good and loved it. We also ordered beef satay which was cooked nicely; a generous portion of meat but we think it would be perfect as main course if it came with more veggies and potatoes/rice. A little bit pricey ($$-$$$) but definitely worth to try if you are looking for a romantic place to dine.
This restaurant is best during the day when u can see the amazing view. The food was ok, a little pricey for Ubud but still not expensive. I would return just to enjoy the view.
We spent our last night in Ubud here and it was a perfect way to finish a perfect week. Beautiful view our across the ridge, spectacular view of the full moon the night we were there.
Very attentive and helpful waiters. Delicious food. Certainly a little more on the pricier side of eats, but by no means expensive expensive. Plus, you're getting a lovely setting for your dinner.
Wonderful high quality food and impeccable service! We also loved drinking cocktails while enjoying the view!
Lovely service and beautiful food.gorgeous view.well worth a visit!
EDIT: We visited again tonight.once again beautiful food and service.particular thanks to Dipa who was a lovely server that made us feel very welcome and looked after.if you visit i hope you are served by him.
