Really bad experience
- the room don‘t cool condition stay here i see big black beetle
- it really bad can not sleep all night…
- and that women and that family Idon’t wantto stay with they

- Idon’t will come back anymore
- Environmental sanitation really can't

Reasonable price for a nice room with table and chairs on terrace with a nice view. Lovely management and staff. Good location. Good WiFi. Taxi from and to airport. To recommend for sure

Unfortunate "hotel", they have opened the closet where we kept our suitcases, they have taken some clothes from me and from my girlfriend all the cash we had for what we had left of the trip (€750) we have communicated it just now to the noticing and they do not offer any solution or care, to all this add that in the rooms there are quite a few bugs that sneak in from outside through different parts of the room and breakfast leaves a lot to be desired in addition to taking about half an hour to serve it. We leave very upset and ripped off by the workers of this place.

Unfortunately totally disappointing. The location is great, but the facility and the room were bad. We had mold in the room and it smelled very bad. When we asked for another room we were only offered one for more money or just paint the mold white. Communication was very difficult. We canceled right after the first night! Too bad:/

Super rude girl who works there. Like teenager who is catty to your face. Not clean. Didn't end up staying here, walked out - bad energy

The place location is very convenient if you have no bike - it is right in the heart of Ubud (nevertheless, it is very quiet there)
The host is really friendly, helpful and trustworthy. I even left my baggage for a couple of days while I was on trip
The price is reasonable
There is very delicious and cheap cafe (Vege’s warung) nearby. Also, you have variety of options for the breakfast from the host

Nice hotel with large rooms and swimming pool on the rooftop. Good location. Friendly staffs.

Attempted to stay there a few days ago but had to leave because room #4 was infested with bedbugs! There were thousands in the corners of the bedframe when I lifted up the mattress. That aside, there was also no way to cool the room at night -opening the windows with no screen meant mosquitos and geckos. Unfortunate because the room itself, the pool, and the staff were nice (although I couldn't find a staff member about the bedbugs on my way out)

We arrived very late in Ubud, without amy reservation. We find this nice place in a side road for little money. Swimmin pool and breakfast!
