Dr. Baskara and team were incredible. I was attacked by a dog and needed urgent Rabies HRIG, rabies vaccination and Tetanus. Dr Baskara explained everything to me very clearly and was extremely knowledgeable especially regarding ‘WHO’ rules and procedures. He was also kind and friendly. All of the staff were great – they were helpful. Dr Baskara even spoke to my Travel insurance company via email and telephone and guided me every step of the way as HRIG is extremely expensive! The paper work and after care I received to take back to Australia was impeccable. After continuing my rabies vaccinations in Perth the doctors were extremely impressed with all the documents I had from Dr Baskara outlining what vaccinations I had, when, what part of my body etc. Thank you so much for all of your help and for treating me with the upmost care and giving me all the medical attention I needed to prevent anything from happening to me. You are all amazing! Travellers - make sure you ALWAYS have travel insurance.

Super friendly doctors! Was feeling a little feverish and wanted to check if I got sick and had a fewer. The doctor took my temperature for free and gave me some advise to get better:) thank you!

We needed a test for international flight, the test was quick and we had results back in less than 20hrs.
Definitely returning here for future tests.

Tempat PCR dan Antigen yang kerjasama dengan Lion Air, Batik Air dan Wings Air. Lokasinya dipinggir jalan tapi sayangnya susah untuk parkir mobil.

24 hours i ve been asking them receipt for pcr i did there 2 months before as my travel insurance asking for it.they didnt even answer.

Pelayanan terburuk! Pekerja nya sangat lambat terutama kalo pas rame… Saya sudah sering tes rapid antigen di klinik ini tapi suatu hari pas klinik ini sedikit rame mereka yg kerja dan dokter nya malah slow respon! Sangat mengecewakan… Jangan pernah tes antigen di klinik ini! Lebih baik ditempat lain saja yg Drive thru karena lebih cepat layanan nya dan harga pun sama saja.

Saya redeem pcr dari lion air di klinik ini, dan tulisannya 1x24 jam tapi ini sudah lebih dari 24 jam belum ada hasil sama sekali, dan call center tidak bisa di hubungi dan wasap pun tidak di balas, saya hanya butuh kepastian kapan hasil keluar, karena flight saya paginya, dan sampai jam 21.44 WITA hasil pcr saya belum keluar

Book online di Halodoc, dikonfirmasi di aplikasi, tapi sampai tempat dibilang sudah penuh. Saya ajukan cancel dan refund karena saya butuh darurat di saat itu juga, eh malah dipindah hari lain tanpa ada komunikasi lalu diselesaikan begitu saja tanpa ada refund. Sangat tidak merekomendasikan tempat ini.

Tempat bersih, 24 jam, staf, perawat dan dokter nya ramah, Swab antigen terhubung dengan peduli lindungi, hasil cepat.

Saved my lifeeeeee! I needed an express PCR test for a flight the next day and these guys made it happen despite labs being flooded with tests! THANK YOU SO MUCH for pulling through under pressure!

I used Hydro Medical for a covid test for travel. The communication via WhatsApp with Zakki was excellent. Zakki was always quick to respond and answer all my questions. The PCR was painless and the results were within 5 hours and all for a good price. Thanks again.

What a great experience!

I was nervous to go get a rabies vaccination (after a small run in with a cranky cat) as I am travelling alone and everything about needles makes me anxious but I am so thankful to have found this place!

I was researching where to get a reliable rabies shot in Bali as I have heard it is difficult to find and this was one of the only places that carried the immunoglobulin as well as the rabies vaccination. The shots are pricey but that’s just the way it is everywhere, the clinic, in my opinion, did not charge a ridiculous amount compared to even Canada where I’m from. If you have travel insurance as you should there’s no need to worry.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, explained everything thoroughly and made me feel as comfortable as possible.

My insurance company was taking forever to approve the coverage so they even took me across the street and paid for a nice dinner of my choice while I waited.

10/10 would recommend this place! Better service than I get in my own country.

Experienced professionals. Had an accident while visiting Bali that required stitches. They were very competent and friendly, and gave me the needed stitches. I had no complications, and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend visiting them if you need minor care.

Dengue strike me on the 15th of february. As a result my Trombosit level went very low to 22, not to mention the fever, body ache, my ulcer too. Hydromedical Ambulance team pick me up and afterwards I was their dengue inpatient.
It took me four days to totally heal from the dengue fever and everything and the days went by with the best inpatient experience I've ever had.
The doctors and nurses are extremely friendly, always checking up on me, take good care of me and gave me the health details update.

If you're on your Bali vacation HYDROMEDICAL is your extended family away from home.

Thank you to the staff. They were wonderful, my partner and I got IV treatments done here. My partner received the Bali Belly treatment and included in the cost he received a whole bag of take home medications to help his symptoms. We were very impresssed.

My insurance sent me her after I was bitten by a monkey in Ubud. I was supposed to go to Kasi Ibo, but many of the hospitals don’t have the rabies vaccine. And I’m so glad they sent me to this place. The clinic is small, but clean and the staff is really professional, informative and caring. The speak excellent English. No waiting time. They also followed me up buy contacting me the next day to hear how I was doing. Really recommend this place to everyone. Thank you to the staff, you are wonderful<3

If you need help in Bali you should really go to this place. From the clinics I visited, this one was the best. The doctors can speak fluent english, I didnt have any communication problems. Of course the hygiene is not based on european standards, but we are in Indonesia, so its fine. I have gotten a vaccination for Rabies, the service is very friendly and helpful. They will later answer each of your questions via Whatsapp. The staff seemed to be very qualified, especially for animal incidents. On my two visits there was absolutely no waiting time. You could think that might be a bad signal, its not though.
Highly recommended for animal bites!

We went in late at night for a rabies PEP treatment after my husband was bitten by a stray dog. The staff and especially Dr Rully were fantastic at explaining the course of treatment, our options and costs. They even spoke to our insurance company to ensure they had all the facts for our claim.

It's a tiny clinic and doesn't look like much but they were highly professional and it was a lot closer and quicker than going to BIMC or the hospital in Denpasar!
