I had a blast staying here.amazing spacious room with electric stove, bath tub (too small but ok), fridge, big bed, and balcony.wake up everyday listening to squirrels' chatter from a tree in front of my balcony.worked and had meeting in balcony and took a break laying on the sofa looking at the sky.staffs are great, I never had to tell them which one my room was because they recognised me everytime.unfortunately the elevator did not function so I had to walk VERY far away from the front to my room.some of the corners are also dirty and dusty, bedsheets a little bit dull, probably lack of the keeping while pandemic hit.but this place deserves a good score.

Lebih baik di perbaiki dulu fasilitas dan managementnya, why? Dulu (2018) saya pernah menginap di sini dan sangat memuaskan, jadi saya ke bali dan mau menginap di hotel ini lagi (pesan kamar by phone). Saya tiba di hotel malam hari dan tidak ada security di depan, akhirnya jalan dulu ke receptionist untuk di minta tolong bawakan barang dgn penerangan yg sangat minim (bolak balik). Sampai di kamar, udara pengap seperti sudah lama tidak pernah di buka, lantai dan kasur kotor, mengecewakan dan saat itu juga saya minta checkout dan mencari penginapan lain.

Do not stay here. No concierge at night. They say there is security, but I saw none. The elevators do not work. There is dirt and rebel all over the ground. AC does not work well, and they refuse to give you two keys, so two adults struggle to stay together unless you are a couple, and you come back to a boiling room. Ant infestation. Had to request towels and toilet paper. You do not feel safe, and there is an odd crowd there. Phones do not work. Unhelpful staff who ignore you when you complain. This may have been four stars once, but it is not anymore. We left after one night and did not get a refund.

Definitely need a huge renovation, repairment, improvement from all the areas in the building and the facilities inside the hotel, & mostly from the management. I think it needs to be considered to closed down temporarily to make everything proper to welcoming guest again. Everything was just whacked and worn out, I need to called off my 3 nights left of my booking & move to other hotel without even thinking that I've lost the money (non refund option) because it feels terribly uncomfortable to stay there especially in night time & I stayed there only with my teenage girl.
The only plus side were the location and the friendly staffs there (and kudos to their efforts to make everything better for the guests).
Sadly I had to make this review so other guests will not be wrongfully informed through the tourism apps reviews that hasn't been updated about this hotel.

Was there for long stay. Room is huge with hot bathtub. Refrigator and stove are a big plus for us since we brought a toddler. Huge size of pool, along with kids pool. Gym is average.

We booked directly via phone and got good price. During pandemic receptionists were only available during office hour, so let them know if you want to check in at evening/night.

Finally, shout out to all crew there, they gave their best during this difficult time. Hope everything get better soon.

Sampai hotel malam jam 09 malam tanggal 12 Des 2021. Staff ga ada, adanya cuma 1 orang, (sepertinya) sekuriti. Anehnya, orang ini, juga merangkap sebagai reseptionist, urus check in dan antar barang ke kamar. Kamar sebetulnya bagus, namun AC ga dingin. Complaint telp ke reseptionist, ga ada yang angkat, akhirnya smp harus keluar ke pos sekuriti dan komplain ke 1 staff tadi, katanya akan panggil teknisi dan akan datang jam 11 malam (ini staff ga mikir ya, teknisi akan cek AC kamar jam 11 malam). Akhirnya kami minta pindah kamar, ealah tetap aja AC ga dingin. Kesabaran kami habis. Akhirnya pindah hotel jam 11 malam hari itu juga, badan sudah capek bgt dan anak anak sudah ngantuk. Kapok pernah booking di hotel ini, walau akhirnya kita cancel karena hal ini. FYI, sebelum check in, seharian kita telp utk konfirmasi, ga ada yg angkat. Parah! Yakin mau nginep disini? Kalau belum siap buka di masa pandemi ini, jangan maksain buka! Kasian tamu, sdh jauh jauh hari booking, dan hrs pindah hotel malam malam, bawa anak anak lagi, mana kami baru sampai dari Jakarta transit Probolinggo via jalan darat. Gw doain ownernya, merasakan apa yg pernah kami rasakan.

There were not so many people staying here during my visit. It was great actually, the price was chopped into half than normal. The staffs were also friendly. However, some sites were not properly maintained and I guess this is because of the pandemic.

Nyesel banget pesen hotel ini. Buat yang mau booking mending mikir lagi ya. Hotelnya sudah ngga terawat, ya beberapa tahun lalu ini sangat bagus dan recommended makanya booking lagi di sini 3 malam. Tapiiii ternyata karena Covid semua downgrade parah. Resepsionis cuma sampai jam 6 malam, sementara tadi dari luar balik jam 8. Dan kunci kamar ngga bisa dibuka, kartunya ngga bisa akses. Harus nyari security, yang ada di belakang buat bukain.

Drama sudah mulai sejak check in, bahkan tadi checkin jam 3, resepsionis kosong sodara sodara ada kayaknya 15 menit lebih nunggu. Dan inisiatif lagi lagi nyari security dulu. Ngga ada permintaan maaf atau apapun. Setelah itu kamar yang dikasih ngga sesuai pesanan, harusnya pool view dikasih pojokan kayak gudang pake tangga besi darurat. Liftnya mati demi efisiensi. Lalu protes, prosesnya lama dengan alasan booking dari Traveloka tak terdaftar lalu dicek ke manajernya ada. Lho berarti ini carut marut sistem internal mereka.

Not bad, Hotel" mulai dibuka setelah corona.

I love this hotel,
Staff was friendly. I like the pool and the breakfast restaurant.
One of the most important is, the room spacious with refrigerator, balcony and bath up.
Also room is quiet

The best hotel I have been in Bali. Tremendously comfortable, staff absolutely friendly and polite, food is cheap and great, the pool is amazing and full of sunbeds. The rooms are VERY clean (this is something particularly strange in Bali), and spacious enough. Just to complain about something: the pool is a bit cold in the afternoon as there is no sun due to the rooftop.

Comfortable place! Staff is so polite and courteous. The pool was amazing just by the bar and restaurant. I could spend all day there!

Beautiful grounds, great space in the room, and amazing customer service. Thank you. Food was exceptional too.

The hotel is ok, but the cleaning and the maintenance of it brings the charm down, it need so much work. Staff is friendly.

When we checked in to our taum villa it was amazing. Our first time staying in a villa and the reception was amazing the staff were super lovely and our room was beyond what we ever expected BUT then we started to look at the finer details. Cracks in walls, our private pool was green and full of hair, air conditioner was leaking so there was huge water damage to the walls. Then we got into bed - no dooner cover just 2 sheets with a dooner in between, the dooner was stained with god knows what, looked like blood.
Breakfast was decent enough not a great deal of options but it was a basic breakfast that fed us. We decided to use the public pool as ours was filthy and only had roughly 1-2 hours of sunlight. I went to get in the pool with broken tiles and the decking snapped under my feet I then looked around and the pool decking had so much water damage it was full of holes and broken planks of wood.
Our shower allowed us 2 minutes of hot water no more so we were turning water off when washing our hair. The shower wasn’t cleaned once during the whole 2 weeks we stayed. Our room went 2 days without being cleaned after we had spent the whole day out. Also to top it all off we had staff walk into our room not once but twice. The first time I was in a towel about to hop into the shower, I was on edge the whole time we were there after that panicking that someone would walk in.

Look the place has such potential the location is fantastic, generally speaking the staff were super friendly but it is in desperate need of renovations not just for the look of the place but for the safety of the people staying in it.

Just another side note there was a 6.3 earthquake when we were staying here and on the news there were hotels being evacuated down the road from us and we were not even contacted. There was a tsunami warning later on that day which again we were not notified of and went to the beach that night after we came back from the beach read online there was tsunami warning.

Staff were very polite and helpful. Bed and pillows were very soft. My daily breakfasts by the pool were lovely. Will definitely come back!

Seneng banget bisa nginap disini 3 hari tempatnya bersih dan nyaman saya sekeluarga kalau ke bali akan menginap lagi disini kereeeen pokoknya
