Hotel Santika Siligita Nusa Dua - Bali

Dirty dirty dirty. The bedroom floors are not cleaned, see photo, there is no balcony furniture no place to dry your wet swimming clothes,

The AC leaked, the fridge in room is not cleaned visible mould. There is black mould on bedroom ceiling from humidity, we had to change room because of this.

The bed is comfortable and bedding clean.

The pool had black mould growing inside and the outside of the pool had pink orange fungus growing in between the tiles.
Good location
Good breakfast

Terrible pizza (large tortilla wrap / cracker used as the pizza base)
Terrible quesadilla (just lettuce and chicken no cheese was far from authentic but what can we expect for Mexican food in Bali)

Overall the hotel is going down in standards very quickly, and some very concerning cleaning practices (old dirty dust mop, cleaners are not using antibacterial products.)

Lokasi strategis dipusat aktivitas resto, bar, tempat cinderamata dll, room cukup luas dan bersih, staff ramah, hanya harga relatif lebih mahal dengan hotel sekelasnya.

The hotel is decent, located at central area, near famous food place - bu Oki, and provided some shuttle services to mengiat beach / bali collection for free.

1. Room: overall clean, nice, decent size. Have no complaint except that the TV doesnt have netflix? Tho i dont come for it so doesnt matter for me

2. Price: ok at around 600 700k idr if you book with normal rate

3. Service: good, the staff are responsive and polite

4. Breakfast: okay la, the continental bfast was not good tho

I had a good stay for 2 weekend nights and thinking of returning if I stay around nusa dua again

Good facilities, nice rooms with good views. Cleaning service is daily and the buffet is complete and varied.

The restaurant area is very nice and is next to the pool which is very large and the space is surrounded by trees and colorful plants.

Very close to supermarkets, restaurants, exchange offices, souvenir shops. It is a 15 minute walk from Nusa dua beach <3

A really nice hotel which is about 15/20 minutes from the beach area of Nusa Dua. The service during our stay was excellent and they were happy to assist when we had an issue with our documentation.

Sebuah hotel bintang 5 yang sangat elegan dan menakjubkan, hotel ini memberikan fasilitas yang sangat nyaman. 1 Kamar sangat nyaman dan luas, bisa melihat pemandangan luar dan kamar mandinya yang sangat bersih dan wangi. Terutama, Hotel ini menyediakan WiFi untuk mengakses jaringan internet

Very nice hotel for its price. 1 km from the Nusa Dua beach, but it is quite pleasant to walk the way by foot. Lots of restaraunts and bars in 5 min of walking. Good infrastructure.

I really like the rooms that we booked. But, the breakfast was not that great. Do not think that its a buffets and it will taste great or even better. I rather eat outside for breakfast. However, there are other places to eat across the street. Great place to check, if you really need a place to stay. But, the breakfast was okay. They do not really restocked them when its about to run out. The employee who make scramble eggs barely can speak english and even though you order first before someone else. He will let go your order for that person even that individual goes last. I was dissapointed on what they did to my fiancee. He does not speak " indonesian" and he was mistreated. I rated 3 stars was because I love the room and the other things they have. There is even hair dryer and stuffs by the drawer, it is stand close by the bathroom door. Dont miss that.

Actually I love the place, room and the pool. The breakfast is good enough but the reception is piss me off. I left my bracellet in my room when I check out. Then I tried to call the hotel and they said they will check it out for me and ask me to leaved my number because they will call me back to info me. Finally they called me when I'm already in my city and they manage to send my bracellet to me in one piece.

Checked in here for work.nothing spectacular about this place, the check in process was a tad slow, and no sausages at breakfast.

Sebenernya kamarnya okelah, cuma kamar mandinya bau. Tapi begitu gw bilang ke cleaning servisnya, mereka dengan sigap membersihkan lg dan semprot wc nya. Kalo sarapannya ya so so lah.enaknya ini hotel deket bgt sama bigul pak Dobil.

Pictures look fab, BUT my room is smelly and mouldy. They sprayed a very strong room spray (to cov er this?). Nasty, it gets me real headaches! I am disappointed because I payed extra for an upgrade to move away from the noisy street side. I had to wait 2.5 hours until I could get in the other room.
In the afternoon you can not open the balcony, because there is a very strong sewage smell coming in from somewhere.
Watch out: the superior rooms are facing the busy street side (very noisy) and balcony doors don’t close properly! When booking that place all room pictures showed the poolside view, which is misleading. No real holiday feeling: - (
To say something good: if the room wasn’t mouldy I would have rated it a good 4. Breakfast (a good choice of mainly Asian food) and the beach area are nice.

I stayed for 3 days. I got room close to generator therefore the sound in my room was noisy and uncomfortable. I talked to recepcionist to change the room, but i had to upgrade the room. For me and my familiy this was unpleasant experience with santika.the others were good. Hopefully in the future santika will have solution to reduce generator sounds.

Menginap 3 hari di hotel ini, sangat mengesankan. Pilihan suite room yang luas menghadap kolam renang.

Great hotel. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is great and many choices. Points of improvement: the juices at the breakfast taste very bad in my opinion. Taste very chemical.

Lobby ambiance is great.the room space is quite big, but the shower is broken.breakfast station was empty at 10AM, they were refilling but the kitchen service was too slow.queuing omelette station 30mins.

Lokasi hotel sangat bagus terletak dipinggir jalan menjadikan aksesnya mudah dijangkau. Tempat parkir juga luas bagi tamu yang membawa kendaraan ataupun di drop dengan bus. Kolam renangnya besar dan bersih. Menu breakfastnya lumayan banyak dan juga rasanya enak. Kebersihan kamar mandi sangat baik. Dan kebetulan waktu itu saya sempat berada di ruang meeting untuk sebuah acara, dan ruang meetingnya memiliki fasilitas lengkap dan sangat nyaman.
