Hotel Pondok Sari Kuta

We came there late in the evening for 1 night. Hotel looks ok but our room was small, not well maintained and we didn't have a window. For 1 night it's ok but not for a longer stay in Kuta.

We stayed twice for 1 night in this hotel. Both times, the room was very clean and very comfortable.
Also both times, the hotel kept our large backpacks for 4 and 5 days. No problem.
On the second night, we arrived around 1am and no problem checking in.
The breakfast was good (35k/person)

Stayed on 3rd 4th Aug 2023, family of 3 with 10 years old.
Simple & clean hotel near waterbom & airport. Need to go through small streets so initially it was sock but inside is nice.
We forgot small pouch & staff called taxi driver when we were on the way to airport.

Hotel highly recommended; beautiful and at a good price. I made a mistake in the booking date and the girl at the reception was very kind and helped me to change it.

We checked in very late due to the delay of our flight. We contacted hotel property and informed them of the coming late. They were very considerate to allow us to check in the night. We also requested a family room which is bigger than what they accommodated us in. They politely asked us to adjust for one and change the room the next day. Breakfast is included in our room prices. But only one dish you can order. No repetition or buffet system allowed. That's very disappointing. The rest of the experience was very nice.

Untuk room okelah lumayan, ada kolam renang juga, mending jangan ambil paket sarapan, mending makan diluar aja,
parkiran seadanya tapi ada dijaga security

Kamar Ok bgt, ada setrika dan meja setrika nya looh. Jrg bgt ada yg kek gni. Kolam renangny bersih. Letaknya jg strategis deket sm tmpt oleh2, bs jln kaki, bs jg naik mtr. Tp syg wifi nya cm berfungsi dhari pertama aja. Selebihnya ok bgt sih, rekomended buat nginep klo ke Bali

You'll become used to the lingering musty smell in the room.
But the AC and the refrigerator are buzzing in my room. The hotel is at a great place to explore Kuta, you can rent a motorcycle here for $8 USD for a 24-hour period. (Prices may vary based on where you are from).

Kalo ke bali rame rame always nginep sini ️ sekitar hotel ada laundry ada warteg ada warung jd ga ribet klo butuh apa apa, kamar bersih rapi ac dingin ada water heater yg paling penting murah meriah

Great service, tidy room, lovely swimming pool. The staff were helpful. Room cleaning is done everyday. Washing machine is available to wash our clothes. The hotel provides us rental bikes and cars with reasonable price.

We stayed on 2nd floor and the wifi signal is poor in our room. There is a small fridge and secret locker available in room.

Overall feeling: worth for and comfort.
"Money won't come easily, so bargain everywhere reasonably"

I don't recommend this place at all, From any direction to get to this place you feel unsafe going trough trash, not very pleasant neighborhood, we checked two rooms superior and deluxe and rooms small, very strong mildew smell, musty inside, property very tight, breakfast area sitting very limited.and the most important very bad customer service.their presentation of this place it's maybe from 5 years ago not after pandemic, the current reality it's very deplorable. Stay away my advice!

Tempat nyaman, suasana tenang, pelayanan baik dan ramah, deket sekali dg pertokoan, dg rumah makan Halal, pusat perbelanjaan, dekat juga ke bandara.
Setiap hari kamar dibersihkan. Pokonya Top Deh. Next klo Ke Bali Lagi Bisa nginap di Hotel Ini. 5 Hari Tak Trasa Di Bali. Trimakasih Bli Udiana.

Menginap mingguan atau perbulan lebih murah.
Semua fasilitas ada, ac, tv, brankas, hairdryer, setrika, waterheater, air panas air dingin, free flow air minum di dispenser bawah, dan bebas pakai laundry room
Semenjak cov-19 tidak menyediakan breakfast ya
Jangan khawatir, di depan penginapan hingga keluar gang sangat banyak yg menjual makanan halal dan terjangkau
Lokasi tengah kuta, gampang kalau ingin kemana2.

Hotel yg nyaman murah staff ramah ada pool.sayang nya selama pandemi tidak menyediakan breakfast.kalau ke Bali lagi pengen nginep disini lagi
