The room is okay but the tower provided is dirty, mine has some yellowish spobut my family’s are fine? !? ! Our room (has access to pool) is very small (you can only popes one luggage) but my sister’s room seems double the space compares to mine. Location is very close to bar but due to the same reason it looks a bit dangerous as well. But overall it’s okay as it’s price and staffs are friendly.

Hotel is kinda cool with all the glitter and a big enough pool. Staff is courteous and always welcoming. You feel safe even at night.breakfast was really good as they offer buffet of menus that every community can enjoy. Over all it was a pleasant stay and I definitely recommend it.

Hotel baru, bersih, nyaman, strategis dekat dengan tempat keramaian hiburan malam.
Mereka yang senang hiburan malam cocok tinggal disini karena banyak tempat untuk duduk mendengarkan musik, makan dan minum.
Karena Hotel ini terletak dekat dengan pantai Kuta dan banyak kios kios penjual kerajinan tangan Bali.
Anda bisa berjalan kaki untuk ke pantai, mall, dan tempat hiburan lainya.
Ramah pelayanan nya dan baik.
Tersedia antar jemput ke Bandara.
Kamar cukup luas dan bersih, Toilet nya bersih dan nyaman tidak berisik bila kita berada didalam kamar.
Dapat Breakfast dengan menu makanan yang lengkap anda bebas mengambilnya.
Kolam renang yg bersih, jernih.

You get what you paid for is probably a good summary for Hotel Neo+ Kuta Legian.

Cons
1. Extremely loud since it is close to a open door night club. Room is loud and shaking from the music till 4am at night. Basically couldn't sleep at all.
2. Unclean rooms. Random spots on bed sheet and blankets. Bugs found in washrooms. Was provided with used handsoap.
3. Very bad wifi. Spotty connection, unusable and very slow. Mobile network reception is very bad in room too so basically unconnected in the room.
4. Located in a busy area in Kuta with horrible traffic. Took around 1.5 hours from airport to the hotel.

Pros
1. Close by to Beachwalk shopping mall, walk in around 5 minutes in a narrow street, or taxi/grab for around 30k
2. Decent value with nightly rate of around $40CAD

Overall maybe a good hotel for party goer, but for all other tourist stay away and find another hotel.

Karyawan ramah, tempat nyaman, meski berada di pusat keramaian Legian, marketing juga open utk menerima tawaran harga dari tamu. So helpful. Karena masuk gang kecil, tidak disarankan untuk bis besar pariwisata.

Perfect location, environment, room and friendly staff and importantly, it worth the money. I will definitely stay in this hotel when my return to Bali.

The Neo is a centrally located spot right in the heart of Kuta. The staff are extremely pleasant, polite & helpful. The breakfast was good, as were the rooms with comfortable beds. There is a minibar & fridge, & bottled water is provided in your room each day. The swimming pool & couches are very pleasant.
The hotel is situated right in the nightclub zone, so there is constant loud thumping music from about 10pm
till 3-4am. We luckily had a ground floor room which helped to muffle a lot of the noise, but there was still thumping & that irritating "doof, doof, doof"! But as for the rest of the stay of 2 weeks we had there it was
very pleasant.

Pro:

- Bike rental available
- Nice staff and good service

Con:
-You should have the ability to sleep while listening to live edm music from Sky Garden from around 10pm til 4am! They're so noisy. But well, who sleeps at night in Kuta?
- The food from in room service not suitable for Indonesian ppl's taste.

We booked Superior Room for 4 nights.
Overall staying was pleasant and nice.
Room was quite nice, simple and modern with small balcony and pool view.
Staffs was friendly. Breakfast was okay, and they change few menus daily.

It only minus on pool usage, they don't allow pool usage in the evening.
And room wasn't sound proof, so it's pretty noise during the night since it's in the busy area where clubs and bars are.

But overall we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.
Good value for the money as well for a 3 star hotel I suppose.

It will be perfect if you can improve the few things I mentioned above.

Lokasinya strategis. Harga juga rata-rata hotel di bali. Pesan kamar yang standard, double twin. Tempat tidur nyaman, lobby ada walaupun kecil, bersih dan ac berfungsi dengan baik. Minus di pintu dimana susah kalau dibuka dari luar, dan saluran tv tidak ada siaran liga inggris. Overall okelah.

Beautiful staff, always friendly and would try to do anything that they possibly could for you. Area perfect location in the middle of everything. If you are a light sleeper unfortunately located too near Sky Garden as noisy till 4am. Clean, decent pool, great wifi, great buffet breakfast but never hot. Good value for money.

Possibly the worst hotel I have stayed at. When checked in they gave us the key and expected us to just know how to get to our room. We hd to ask how to get there. The room was small and the noise was insane. We lasted one night in this room and the next morning we paid for an upgrade asked for a room where we couldnt hear music playing until 3am. We got another room and the only difference was this room had a balcony (if you could call it a balcony) could only fit a mini chair on it. Could not relax on the balcony like youd expect. We heard music every night until 3/4am. Dont expect to get any sleep. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and loud! Could definitely hear if someone was awake in the room next to us. The first set of bedding we had was stained. The food was great and cheap. The staff were friendly. On our check out we asked staff to order us a taxi but they advised us that they had there own taxi service and said that it would cost us 30AUD to get to seminyak. This trip should cost a maximum of 8AUD. We advised no we will like to catch a taxi. This caused a problem for them so I decided to just try out the app “grab” we were able to find a driver to pick us up and take us to our new hotel for 2.70AUD! However, the hotel does not let any other transportation companys e.g taxis, uber or grab pick people up from there parking lot! So we had to walk with our massive suitecases down onto the main road and get our grab to pick us up from there! I will never get a room here again! If you want to be able to sleep. Dont book here.
