Tempat nya nyaman strategis dan pegawai nya ramah,

Ada mall akses, breakfast nya ga enak.kurang variasi menu, ga ada sereal, jd anak anak ga mau Sarapan.untuk hotel bintang 4. Breakfast nya hotel bintang satu.

Fasilitas komplit, udah ada tempat gym, kids corner jga ada.cocok untuk anak anak.kolam renang nya lumayan luas dan adem,

The room is ok.
The bath is not good, just a little service is required.
The breakfast is very bad, food is not enough, no fried egg, no milk, no salad.

Parkir yang luas dan pengatur parkirnya yang ramah dan sangat membantu bila akan keluar masuk area hotel

I really recommend this hotel to you, especially for family. They have completed facilty and good price. Near the airport and next to Galeria Mall

Hotelnya strategis karena bersebelahan dengan Mal Bali Galeria (ada akses menuju parkiran mall). Staffnya ramah ramah.hanya saja dari 7 kamar yang kami booking, ada bberapa kamar yg berbau debu berbau jamur seperti sudah lama tidak ditinggali.dan juga beberapa pemanas air untuk teh/kopi tidak bisa digunakan.

Nyaman karena fasilitas yg cukup lengkap mulai dari WiFi, alat mandi, tv, kasur yg besar, terdapat banyak pilihan kamar dll

Tempatnya lumayan breakfast ya sekedar isi perut mayanlah akses mallnya yg membantu banget, kl lg rame rebutan cari akses parkir

Lokasi strategis, bersebelahan dgn Galleria Mall. Di mall kita bisa menemukan banyak alternatif makanan halal. Utk keluarga dgn jumlah 4 org, ada kamar loft duplex. Sarapan hotel menunya cukup lengkap dan sudah tersedia jam 6 pagi, sangat berguna buat yg punya flight pagi.

A budget friendly stay in Kuta. Great options for breakfast, complimentarily ice tea is an added bonus.

Saya pernah parkir depan pos securiti basmen dasbord depan saya pecah.pas hujan deras.pas sampai rumah baru ketahuan

Di banyak tempat tercium bau got yang sangat tdk sedap. Sebenarnya bisa extend tapi saya dan keluarga putuskan pindah hotel. Padahal saya member Accor. Cek in di jam 4 pm masih diminta menunggu 15 menit. Tidak rekomendasi hotel ini

Room size was okay but I think management need to put attention on proper maintenance since some of the furniture worn out and ants inside the room.located next to galeria mall which offer food choices and supermarket inside.breakfast was okay and carries ibis style standard.

Hotelnya bagus, bersih, sarapannya lumayan.lokasi mudah dijangkau.pas di sebelah ada mall bali galleria & hypermart jadi bisa belanja keb.pribadi

Hotel yg berada di jl.bypass dekwt ke bandara ngurah rai bali dengan memberikan fasilitas lengkap, kolam renang, wifi dan breakfast u tuk para wisata maupun kerja yg bwrkunjung ke bali sangat comfort n relaxs.try to visit n stay in there

I like the location is just next to the Mall Bali Galeria and for tourist you can shop at the Duty Free Shop. But I don't like the layout of the toilet and shower. It apart so far and there's no door to cover from bedroom/living room.we took the family room.the sofa bed is big enough for 2 adults small sizes people.overall is good.breakfast was okay.not much choices but decent.and the shower is clogged a bit.the water taking quite a while to go down.

Rooms only for singles as the bathrooms are open transparent with no privacy. Filled with chinese groups and staffs has least care for individual request.

Best for breakfast, they have very good spread and friendly staff helps you if anything is missing. It has a mall right next to it, with a special door to mall, which is useful many ways, visit the supermarket and buy essentials since in other places you will find the same things costly. Mall has good options for food as well. If you have a pickup and drop facility from the hotel from your travel agency you can use this hotel since Thier is nothing much to explore near hotel and hotel is little far from beach where all the hustle is. Rooms are neat and tidy and friendly staff. Pool is very good and most of the time vacant, which is not the case in other hotels. They have good maintained motorbikes which can be used at nominal fee. Try the ice tea in the lobby which taste good. You can take 5 minutes spa for free if you like. Overall good at the price range.

Salah satu yang sangat saya sayangkan adalah tidak ada pemanas di kamar, sepertinya memang kamar yg saya sewa memang tidak ada fasilitas pemanas, dan kamar yg ada pemanasnya dijual lebih mahal padahal dengan harga yang sama di hotel yang berdekatan sudah ada pemanas. Secara umum sebenarnya bagus, lokasi strategis, tetapi bagi saya yang suka ngopi keberadaan pemanas sangat krusial.

The hotel is a run down place with very nice staff. It starts leaking when it's raining and there are issues with the water pump causing water to flow out from the tap or drip continuously. However this was fixed by the helpful engineer. It would be a decent place to stay if the hotel undergoes some renovation to prevent such water problems.
