Fun resort with good food and drink. The beds need an upgrade badly but the management team is wonderful and a great location.

Lokasinya dekat dengan bandara, sebelah Pantai Jerman dan berderet pantai lainnya.kamarnya nyaman, menu sarapan beragam, dan petugasnya ramah

The price is high, but it is excellent for families, especially for the services suitable for children

I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional hospitality from the young man called Yukti during my recent stay at this hotel. I can never forget his warmth and attentiveness truly made my stay memorable, especially on my daughter’s first birthday celebrated in the resort. From the moment I checked in, Yukti went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and comfortable. What truly sets Yukti apart is his genuine care for guests; he consistently checked in to ensure my needs were met, making me feel like a valued guest. Thank you, Yukti for your outstanding service and for making my stay here truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel, largely thanks to the wonderful hospitality provided by Yukti.

Beautiful grounds and rooms. The staff were lovely and more than willing to go the extra mile for you.

Had a short layover for this hotel which delivered all the hallmarks associated with the holiday inn brand. The arrival was nice and welcoming the concierge was friendly and welcoming, greeted with a smile and took my luggage with a seamless level of expertise. I made my way to the restaurant. Near the pool and I was met by a friendly staff who name was (waisermwan) probably spelled it wrong.sorry who recommended drinks and food, the drink was nice and tasted flavorful, actually much better than most of the drinks I have had on my journey to those ever so famous beach clubs, anyways, it was very nice.walking around the property I saw they were growing their own herbs and vegetables, that a nice eco initiative. The one thing which stood out to me was it didn’t matter if I was an-in house guest or a patron visiting the team recognized and gave all the same level of welcome and service. Well done! To all much appreciated the visit and look forward one day to return as a guest.

Beautifullll resort, super clean, excellent customer service, food is excellent and the pay attention to every detail around the clock. I highly recommend it.

Only visited. Seems like a nice resort, spacious gardens close to a popular beach. Plenty to occupy kids both pool and playground/games.

Great hotel and good place to bring your family. Especially usefully as very close to airport and on the beach. Staff is extremely cordial. If one wishes to do sight seeing better use "Tour East " desk in the hotel. They are nice and prices are very reasonable. Also important as they provide insurance in case of mishap

Hotelnya nyaman, tenang, bersih, pelayanan ramah. Breakfast juga taste nya secara umum enak. Tempat makan suasananya nyaman dan segar. Ada kolam renang, gym, ballroom.

Rooms lack privacy, are old and due for maintenance /upgrades.
Breakfast was a joke

Definitely not like other Holiday Inns I’ve stayed at.

Hotel yg keren bgt. Tinggal jln kaki ke pantai segara. Makanannya enak2, lokasi strategis, front officer nya baik2 banget

Nicely developed property. Located right on the beach. Good breakfast spread. Lot of Indian food options available. Big spacious rooms. Definitely recommended for a comfortable stay.

Picture this, Beach, garden, swimming pool, another garden, your villa. Excellent location by Kuta beach, great breakfast spreads, complete R and R. That's Holiday inn for you. It's every bit as luxurious as you don't expect it to be.
And don't forget they give free bicycle so you can traverse the strip to Kuta beach and enjoy a serene workout

ACnya pas dinginnya. WCnya nyaman.ada air panasnya.menu sarapannya juga enak.
