I recently visited and had Epi for a waxing session, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Epi herself is not just skilled but also incredibly kind and easy to chat with.

She took the time to explain the entire process in a way that was both thorough and reassuring, especially if you're new to waxing or have had some less-than-pleasant experiences in the past. I also tried the after treatment mask that Epi assured was not necessary and was very pleased.

I was also surprised by how fast the service was. Epi worked quickly without sacrificing quality, and compared to other waxing experiences I've had abroad, this one was noticeably less painful.

If you're in Bali and need to get waxed, I highly recommend!

First time sugaring and it still hurts imo but less hurts compared to waxing.the staff, Nabila, she is really good at her job, she is professional and keep the conversation going to distract me from pain, i really reccomend her if you are a first-timer

I did Brazilian, but it really didn't hurt at all, and it ended quickly. It took about 25 minutes. My husband also received the Mangilian. I got a 10-minute soothing pack at the end, and that's good too.

Got a chance to try their bikini sugaring yesterday. Easy & reliable booking system, they will give you reminder a day before and on the day. Admin & receptionist are kind, friendly & helpful. Cozy & clean treatment room. Mbak Indri, the beautician is so nice & friendly, she will make sure that you feel comfortable before, during and after treatment. The process is not really painful. 10/10 will come again!

HISUGARS is a place where I was welcomed with professionalism and kindness. A few days ago I had the chance to try their Keratin Eyelash Lift treatment and I was really satisfied by the outstanding results. Besides the beautiful outcome, what I liked most, it was the atmosphere created by the therapist. She was very attentive and polite and gave her best to make me comfortable.
