I am a host myself in Germany and this is by far not what you deserve.
Don’t let the nice pictures deceive you my friend!
I will not go into detail of the bad service but just hope you find another place that is actually worth your time and money!
Safe travels
Super friendly and nice family running the place! The garden is very peaceful and quiet and we enjoyed chilling in the pool. All that is said in the other reviews is mostly true. You can find mold here and there but that's ok, for me the worst was to deal without any garbage bag or bin.
But the ac is working on point and the staff will help you how they can, they have been really helpful when the money changer at the corner stole us 50$. (btw I wouldn't recommend changing any of your currency here!)
Overall a very good experience for the price we paid and we will be happy to come back!
Ps: if you don't have a bike or don't want to rent one, this place is not for you since it's 25 min walk to the beach.
Pss: 2 very good cheap and locals restaurants 2 mins walking.
Unreliable hotel, I do not recommend it to anyone! We booked and paid for our accommodation more than 2 and a half years ago, which we had to postpone due to covid. Finally, 5 months before our arrival, we fixed the date of our arrival, which was also approved. Then 2 days before our arrival (!?) they wrote a message that they were sorry, but they didn't have a free room yet. I was able to book elsewhere at the last minute (apparently from a smaller selection and more expensive) thanks to them. I just don't understand why they decided to cancel our reservation, since we already paid for it years ago, why they didn't cancel a more recent reservation. Although we finally got the money we booked for back, but for the nervousness they caused and the extra money we had to book for at the last minute, I think there should even be compensation. My advice: don't book here!
