Today we stop for a tea before get to bedugul and we have an amazing time. Our hostess was super kind and friendly that we talk the whole time and learn so much from the area. The tea was good and the atmosphere was super nice. Thanks for great hospitality!
This was a really interesting stop on our adventures. A short run-down on the different coffees and how they are grown and produced. Followed by a tasting of various teas and coffees. Definitely taste before you visit the downstairs shop.you might be surprised at some of the delicious flavours on offer. The luwak coffee wasn't really all that tasty (weird as the beans smelt quite nice), but hey. I can say I tried it! Definitely worth a look!
Hidden garden in Bali, beautiful garden of coffee plants and aromatic herbs, as soon as we enter we are welcomed by a boy (ari) who takes us on a small tour of the garden explaining all the plants and flowers and finally takes us to the bar which looks like a house in the trees, where they let us taste all types of coffee and tea! They don't ask for money but we wanted to buy them two hot teas and tried their rice cake it's worth stopping here!
The lady showed us around and showed us the different types of coffee. Finally, she took us to a cafe for free testing, after which we could order the coffee of our choice.
This is fake coffee and tea. Place is nice, but product is weird. The explanation was short and girl even couldn’t explain why they use Luwak for doing coffee. And they have Luwak in their cafe. It’s poor animal frightening everything. And it hasn’t nails. It was bad experience.
This place is SO lovely, highly recommend stopping here for a coffee and tea tasting. It’s a cute area to sit and walk around, the tasting doesn’t have a cost associated with it, unless you get luwak coffee.
They still need to work on their area. The coffee is very expensive, but the sitting area or toilets and walking around is very bad condition. I would expect the owner put some money back into the garden.
The staff is friendly, but the information was very short. Also garden is not well maintenanced. The swing into jungle for 150K looks very dangerous. I would not go for that even for free.
The baby Luwak (civet) that you can play with was the highlight. Free sampler of good teas and coffee among good scenery. Very friendly and interesting tour of the small farm.
Coffee snobs might find some elements wanting. For example the luwak coffee was French press rather than a cleaner pour-over style extraction. And the blend is unknown. But worth the pit stop experience for sure.
An amazing place with an exciting view on the coffee plantations and fruit trees. We had a wonderful experience with the guide Alit who brought us to see how the coffee is processed. We had an interesting degustation of different coffees and teas in the terrace accompanied by a Luwak!:)
Cool place, very organised and detailed explanation about the things they Harvest here especially Coffe.
Lovely small coffee plantation and demonstration of products and production. Excellent coffee tasting afterwards
We tasted teas and coffee. I could finally see the Lowak cat, which was very cute, and finally I could taste the fruits of his work on Kopi Lowak coffee! We got to know a lot of plants, and our host was glamorous, smiling, very nice and thorough! Thank you for the pleasant pastime! In the end we could buy coffee and teas!
Luwak coffee! Was interesting to learn the story behind the coffee beans. And the taste sampling was an absolute highlight. We walked through the garden, didn’t learn much about the trees and plants they were showing us, however they were friendly and not pushy at all
Certainly recommending this place. We dropped in unplanned on the way back from a canyoning day trip at GitGit waterfall.
It’s a lovely little gem
The whole experience is greater towards having you buy some pricey coffee and tea. But it is absolutely worth it. You get to tour their garden, meet their luwak, and do a tasting
Tempat yang cukup nyaman untuk bersantai, menikmati makan Ayam Bakar, pilihan kopi sambil memandang taman dan kebun yang alami. Harga tidak mahal untuk menikmati suasana alam yang sejuk dan asri.
Beautiful coffee and tea plantation with an idyllic garden, swing over a valley and some of the friendliest people running it, with an exceptional selection of organically grown teas and coffees
This is just a place where the owner pays money to the taxi drivers to take you there, pretty much a scam, overpriced can definitely find better around if u want coffee/tea, very much a hard sell.
