We planned to get married in Bali, but our travel company couldn’t organise a legal wedding, we contacted Happy Bali Wedding who organised this for us, their service was brilliant, ensuring all of our paperwork was in order before we arrived, collecting us from our hotel and taking us to the consulate, the staff were brilliant especially Komang who was lovely and who I had most contact with and our lovely Priest Johan who had us laughing throughout the ceremony. Happy Bali Wedding made our dream wedding come true. They are fantastic! Bu Komang, Aris and their whole team are very kind and professional. They think of every detail and they made sure everything runs very smoothly. Even last minute changes or requests were no problem. I just had to send pictures of the wedding cake, flowers and decoration I love and they made my wishes come true. It was truly amazing! During the months of preparation they answered all my questions via whatsapp fast (no matter which day of the week or what time and I asked them a lot!) and they were always patient and friendly. We had also an online meeting, a food tasting and a wedding rehearsal, so everything was discussed in advance and we could start our wedding day without stress. During the wedding day the bride and groom had HBW personal assistants, which was great! We really felt like VIPs. Melia and Krisna were fantastic! They helped us very well, making sure we were in the right place on the right time and carrying all our stuff, so we didn't need to worry about a thing. We could enjoy every moment of our wedding day, because we knew every detail was taken care of by the HBW team. Everything was very well organised. We cannot thank the whole HBW team enough. They made our dream wedding come true and we will cherish this experience for the rest of our lives. Multiple wedding guests said this was the best wedding they had ever attended and that's thanks to the great HBW team. We decided we wanted a destination wedding in Bali, and we wanted to hire a local wedding planning business to assist us in organising everything. The Happy Bali Wedding team were fantastic. They listened to us and what we wanted, and did a great job in making that happen via a series of online meetings. During the planning process they were very communicative and acted as an excellent go-between for us and all of the various businesses that go in to making a nice wedding. They even helped us book a hotel for all of our guests, which was nice. The photo options they provided for decorations were very accurate, and looked beautiful on the day. They also have good relationships with high-quality service providers. We opted to go with their default recommendations for hair, makeup, flowers, live music, photography, etc, and were satisfied with all of them. They were also very clear about all of the costs, and we weren't hit with any surprises. Not everything was 100% perfect of course, no wedding ever is though. But it was all small things that did not matter much, and did not take away from the magic of the evening. During the whole process we felt like we were well looked-after by the HBW team. They organised everything in the months beforehand without much effort on our part, the ceremony ran according to plan, the venue was GORGEOUS (Royal Pita Maha), our photos look awesome and everyone was totally blown away by the experience and had an awesome time. And best of all, we as the bride and groom were able to relax and enjoy our own wedding knowing that everything was in capable hands. Great job guys.

Incredible wedding planning team from start to finish. We planned a destination Indian Hindu wedding in Bali and Ms Komang Rasmini and her team went above and beyond to give us the most amazing and special experience. Each event was beautiful from the decor to the menus to the event space. Every member of her team was helpful, detail oriented, kind and a pleasure to work with. Their recommended vendors (florist, audio, henna/mehendi artist, makeup and hair, wedding decor) are the highest quality and do excellent work.
I would highly recommend Happy Bali Wedding for any type of wedding- both smaller intimate weddings and also large weddings.

We had a beautiful vow renewal ceremony on Bengalan Beach. It started with pictures professionally taken in our hotel of us getting ready; along with video. We were then transported to the beach where the arch and flowers were all set up. The ceremony was beautiful with a backdrop of the Indian Ocean and cliffs of the beach. This was followed by more photos and then dinner. I would recommend dinner somewhere else as the food was a bit lacking but otherwise the experience was sensational and we really thought it was worth every penny and then some. The staff from Happy Bali Wedding was super responsive and accomodating. We even had a bonfire on the beach after our ceremony. We could not have asked for a better experience.

After we have found our dream location at Four Seasons Jimbaran Bay ourselves and an initial search for local wedding planners afterwards, the decision to go with HBW was made very quickly.

From the beginning to the end Ms. Rasmini and her team excelled in availability, friendliness, dedication, mindfulness and reliability. Ms. Rasmini showed a lot of patience when it came to planning and defining as little details as the number of fairy tale lights during our reception or the song order during the party. Her professional approach in giving suggestions and fulfilling our own wishes made us always feel reassured that our dream wedding would truly become a dream wedding.

Shortly before and on the day of the event EVERYTHING went exactly as according to plan. The welcoming and seating of our guests, the truly romantic ceremony, the unforgettable experience of our ceremony on one of Bali's finest beaches and the party at the end went exactly as we wanted.

While it was unfortunate that we had to cancel our wedding in Bali due to the Covid-19 outbreak, it was a great pleasure and an unforgettable experience for us to have come in contact with Happy Bali Wedding. We mainly communicated through emails, and during the whole planning stage, Happy Bali Wedding gave us a lot of useful information in a precise, concise, prompt and patient manner. This proved that they knew our needs very well. What's impressive was that when we had no choice but to cancel the wedding during to the virus pandemic, they offered a full refund to us (in a swift manner), despite the fact that on the contract it is stated all paid deposit is not refundable. This considerate act is a good proof that Happy Bali Wedding really put their clients at the first place and could put themselves in their clients' shoes (especially under such difficult economic situation). I believe this is the right way to do business no matter what industry it is. Considering their honesty, integrity as well as competency, I would strongly recommend Happy Bali Wedding if you or your friends plan to have wedding in Bali, Indonesia.
