The service was lovely, the receptionist and the nail lady. The atmosphere was so relaxing, especially after being on a motorbike in the heavy downpour. Would highly recommend.

They dont anything about curly or wave hair. Dont waste your time there. Too expensive and they dont have a clue about hair.

My number one hairdresser on Bali. They are always very friendly and work thoroughly. The only proposal I would make is to offer more advice regarding the hair colors. When I was there they showed me a huge pallette of different colors and didn't really advise on which one matches my original hair color the best. That might be something they could add to their services. Apart from that, I've always been very happy with the results.

Very bad experience, having my haircut here and the staff is very unprofessional and unfriendly. When I came, they did not even greet me nor ask what I want, she cut my hair and straighten my hair roughly and very bad! Not recommended at all

Great experience with the staff, love the haircut by Ketut, the foot reflexology is excellent make your feet melt away. Recommended to try 60minutes. Also try their hair care mask spa with ALI which also great giving the shoulder and back massage ‍️. Absolutely recommended.

Fika was great! I asked her to be gentle with my bleached, dry hair and she was extremely careful. She gave me the best layers I ever got in Asia and a beautiful blow dry. Would highly recommend requesting her services.

Paid IDR 300k for a wash & blow - it was totally worth it! They use good products, and the staff who handle my hair did it with utmost care!

I showed the picture how I wanted my hair to be cut and styled. I would like more natural wave but he used tong and my friends took the Mickey of me. My hair style are like 90s version ‍️ I have to pay extra 100k just to ruin my hair. You need to listen and ask your customer if using certain tools will be okay. Picture and reality completely different

Made an appointment online got there on time only to be told I would have to come back in 2 hours so not a lot to say on this one

The best saloon ever in Bali, in strategies location too inside the biggest mall in Bali & near Kuta beach. I like the way and result of the nail colors and hairstyling of their talented employees. Would be lovely to always come back here and be friendly with them
