Wow. 150k/ £7.50 for a shampoo, condition, hair treatment, long and relaxing head massage (the lady had magic hands) and then blow dry with oil. Very professional and gentle, treated me with an ice water and friendly people who work here. My new regular hair spot:) Terima kasih!

Hair turned out okay but not at all what I asked for (even with a consultation). I wanted a warm blonde balayage and I showed multiple photos but instead of bleaching my hair, they dyed my hair a dark ashy blonde colour and gave me a money piece? Weird.

My experience with DIAN was amazing! I have really curly hair and am very picky with my hairdressers. She was very honest with her suggestions and did an amazing job!

Got a haircut and k18 treatment here with Charlos and it turned out great. He took great care cutting and styling my hair. I liked that he also suggested what he thought would work for me. Thanks!

Good place for hair styling, colour. But Got my hair cut here, asked for layers in the front and a straight line at the back. The layers don’t match up and the back is isn’t straight.

First time ever getting a balayage and my stylist was so helpful and answered all of my questions. So, so happy with the results, I’ll definitely be coming back here again.

Very professional and expert staff. Did an ash blonde balayage and a long bob cut and I am extremely happy with the results.

Carlos did the cut and the styling and did a very nice job. Yanti (if I spell her name correctly, sorry if not!) did the coloring and it came out very nice and natural-looking. I'd have loved the ash color to be even more ash-ish but I think it is difficult with my base color so has nothing to do with the salon!

All staff is friendly and kind, price is quite reasonable as well!

I came to get my blonde highlights + haircut and they did an awesome job. Color looks very natural and the cut was very precisely done. Very professional and great value for money.

I’ve been going to this salon for the last year and today they decided to ruin my hair and treat me like I was the crazy one for being upset that it is now ruined. I walked in with level 1-2 blonde hair and left with fried orange hair after they used the wrong toner then tried to correct the dark dishwasher colour hair with MORE toner (colour on colour to make it lighter?) then decided to bleach bath it after I already said I can’t have any more bleach in my hair. Letting me walk out with orange hair that is now fried and frizzy. A few days before my birthday without so much as a sorry.

Reached out to the owner based in Australia but also seemed too busy to talk to me. Photos attached.

Please do NOT go here for colour unless you are prepared for it to be ruined. My hair looked 100 times better with grown out roots before you walking in.

I am now unable to correct my hair due to the condition it’s now been left in after bleaching it twice.

I got my hair coloured to match my weft hair extensions and they did an amazing job to color match the extensions to my natural hair and also shaped and cut to make everything look more natural and even. Highly recommend

I said, “not too short” several times but lady didn’t listen and cut super short. And told me “i look better with short hair” wth

Hab eine Nanoplasty Behandlung gemacht! Die Haare sehen bis heute noch top aus. Die Glättung hat sich gelohnt. Natürlich muss man die Nachbehandlung befolgen.

So impressed at the quality of this salon, my hair is very dark naturally and they cared for it so well with toner and treatment to achieve a beautiful colour.
My hair hasn’t felt this great for years!

I’m a guy with medium length hair, so I came here for a keratin hair treatment (cuz you know, frizz is a real thing here) and I couldn’t be happier.

Western standard professional hair care. I have been answered every question I had by friendly staff members and I was taken care of real well while there.

The place is kept cool with a refreshing AC at all times. Slick modern and compact salon.

I was offered a drink, a relaxing head massage during my shampooing and was treated with really good products to get the job done.

My stylist was fast but efficient and I got the same kind of quality (if it not better) than back home in Canada. Highly recommended. I have also purchased k18 products here and they sell all sorts of A-game hair care products like olaplaex and others. A few steps from the beach in Bali, who would have thought?

I paid about $150 Canadian for my medium length hair for the Brazilian blow out style keratin treatment.

Went here 9 weeks ago for full head highlights from Junti. Was very pleased with the results. She was quick in putting the foils in and gradually took them out (first one in, first one out) so the color was the same at the back and on top. I don’t like the effect of a toner and didn’t need that because the foils stayed in long enough for the color to be nice and bright. I went back today (for half head highlights) and again Junti was fast within 1 hour the foils where in. Without consulting me about a toner she took the foils out too quickly so the color was still too yellow so she had to do a toner. They charge 600.000 idr extra for this by the way (most salons charge 300.000). I was not pleased at all and they didn’t charge me for the toner but I am still not happy with the result. If you go here make sure you know before they start what they will do to your hair and what it will cost.

Definitely no good place for a blond balayage - paid european prices for a balayage and they just made highlights instead of a balayage. Cut and styling were great but my colour looks like i‘ve never been at the hairdresser.
