Hai Tide Beach Resort

Went for dinner with our two small children and had the best time. The supervisor yus was hands down the most amazing lady ever. Fantastic service from her and everyone else. The attention the kids got was so beautiful and something they are still talking about. Absolutely fantastic

Good experience here. One of the better places to stay on the island. Level your expectations when coming to the island in comparison to other resorts and hotels from the mainland Bali. Definitely minimalistic and less luxurious. But it was a great beach bungalo stay if you’re expecting that. Food was average. Beautiful scenery.

We asked for two sunbeds but the waitress told us we couldn't because it is only for resort guests, even though we wanted to pay for drinks. She said we could have a sunbed in the background of the place IF we ordered food. That is such strange customer care. No one used the sunbeds so we would have made them a favour by using them to attract more people.

Had the best time, staff were lovely, food was amazing. Location was perfect. Will be back again next year

Loved it here. Rooms right on the beach in Mushroom bay. Best beach on the island for swimming and snorkeling and very safe for kids. Can get a bit busy with the fast boats coming and going. Best views of My Agung and awesome sunsets.

The most amazing place. Celebrated my birthday there and went above and beyond to ask our stay perfect. Our room was the ocean view villa which I would highly recommend. Ville 3 or 4 and the best. It was that good we extended our stay. Thank you to amazing staff by at reception and the the restaurant.

How could I not give it 5*? ! Such beautiful little bungalows right on the beach. Breakfast was lovely. The included activities were awesome too - kids loved banana boating, the slide on the pontoon, snorkelling tour and mangrove boat. Just be aware that most of the dining/bars etc is around in the other bay - but some venues over there do pick up/drop off and you can hire scooters/buggys in the island. Taxis kind of expensive

We visited the Restaurant again on our visit to longbongan and the food was lovely and drinks cold, however the island is a lot hotter then the mainland and the beautiful restaurant didn't even have a fan in sight, so it absolutely took all the pleasure out of what should have been an incredible dinner out experience. The prices were also very expressive. This was the most expensive bill at dinner we had throughout our who family trip in Bali and service didn't match the prices. Spectacular location though.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hai Tide Resort. The staff are so lovely and very accomodating. The location is so perfect for exploring Nusa Lembongan. We will definitely be back next year!

Hier stimmt einfach alles! Wir hatte für acht Nächte eine Hütte direkt am Strand und haben die Zeit einfach nur genossen. Für uns war es der beste Strand auf Nusa Lembongan und wenn man etwas weiter raus schwimmt, gibt es ein tolles Riff. Unser Highlight war das Frühstück jeden Morgen am Strand.

Wonderful villa and understated vibe. Beautiful location that is getting a bit of a makeover at the moment. Will only get better as the staff are wonderful and friendly. Hire a scooter and explore the island. Would stay here again without hesitation

Stayed here for an amazing 4 days and 10/10 would recommend it. It is a bit far from the main town but a quick motorbike ride will get you there in 10 mins. The hotel staff can organize everything for you (motorbike rental, tours, laundry) and they make the room up morning and evening. On site restaurant was pretty good and the included breakfast was decent and filling. The bungalows are on the smaller side so any more than 2 and it's going to be cramped. But you can't beat the location, especially the beachfront rooms.

Absolutely beautiful place! Last stop on our Indonesian honeymoon, and what a place! Nice and clean rooms, with a beautiful beach view from our hut and bed. Super friendly staff that made sure we were completely satisfied with our stay. Augus (hope I’m spelling it correctly) the resort manager was always around doing a little bit of everything and made sure nobody had anything to complain about! Without a doubt made our top 5 list of best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Oh, and the food in the restaurant at breakfast, lunch and dinner was delicious!

Didn't stay here but it's a nice place to hang out by the beach. Beautiful views. Great happy hour 2 for 1 on beers and not just cocktails. You can use their beach chairs if buy something

This place was amazing. Stayed in a beach front bungalow 5 star. Activities included so much fun and staff was incredible.

Dari pelabuhan Benoa menuju ke hai beach perjalanan memakan waktu sekitar 1.5jam, staff sangat ramah dg wisatawan, menu makan yg juga sangat khas dg makanan Bali, pantai sangat bersih, ada WiFi untuk yang kartunya hilang sinyal wkwk

Had the most amazing time at Hai tide resort. We did the weekend escape package. It was so well organised from pick up to drop off, and the care and attention of all the staff was so refreshing. I would highly recommend. Great for families too. We will definitely be back.

Positives:
- Warm and friendly staffs (also applied to the boat staffs)
- Clean, white-sand beach
- Good food at reasonable prices, especially considering the rather secluded area
- an ATM and convenience store nearby
- Excellent maintenance on the Villa we were staying in. Later learned that the villas are more than 4 y.o and not new as we initally thought, directly from the top person of the company, Pak Pande, which in itself a really humbling experience to hear about his career story. Huge respect.
- Took a wonderful diving trip with Pak Kadek, a PADI-certified Divemaster.

Negatives:
- Reception is open only until 10pm, so ensure you stock up on some emergency food/medicine especially when taking children/elderlies.

Additional notes;
- Restaurant menu is very limited at the moment, understandable given the current situation.
- Those prone to sea sickness be aware that the sea is not always predictable
