Green Papaya House

This was our first place to stay in bali and the best one. Hospitality of Mr. Agus and dewi was beyond the expectation. You guys are amazing in welcoming guests in your house. Thanks to you and your staff for the great decoration in room.
If fortunate to visit bali again, surely love to be here again.

Pretty hostel, away from the frenzy of downtown Ubud, with warungs close by, a delicious breakfast, and a very pleasant swimming pool. The managers are also good advice and offer many services such as scooter rental!

Thank you Dewi for hosting us as family members simply shows what green papaya has it for everyone, a beautiful place full of greenery and lovely staff always ready to help us in all manner.

Stayed here for 3 weeks while doing a mask making workshop. Rooms clean and light. Dewi and Agus are amazingly friendly and helpful, and by the end of our stay, we were part of the family! It is about 25 minutes out central Ubud, so you need a scooter, but they are happy to arrange one for a reasonable price. We also left some of our luggage there for a couple of weeks while we scooted around Bali light on the scooter we hired (I thought the brakes were a bit spongy before we left - "no problem" said Agus he had it serviced and back in an hour) 6 stars for atmosphere and friendliness.

Green papaya will remain in our memory forever because we lived there for five magnificent months. Agus and Dewi are the owners of this place, wonderful people they are very caring and kind. During our stay, we became a family. The room in which we lived had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. There is also a full kitchen where we cooked our meals. Large pool and generally a very pleasant place to relax. You can order delicious lbreakfasts. Separately, I want to thank the staff, they will help to solve any issue. Very convenient location, everything is nearby, grocery stores, laundry, cafes, football field and 10min to the center of Ubud. The area is very quiet, nothing disturbs. We were looking for a place for a long stay for a long time and found Green Papaya, which suited us very well and we enjoyed our time there. With love to Green papaya

Pros:
Good price. The owners are very friendly and always helpful. Good breakfast, tasty. Good wifi.
The rooms and pool are clean.

Cons: Not very clean kitchen.

Tempatnya bagus, cuma parkir tidak begitu besar, kolam bentuk persegi panjang, ada beberapa room. AC nya dingin cuma untuk air akan mati di jam 11 malam mungkin harus di pertimbangkan lagi untuk orang" yang beraktivitas di malam hari

Pemilik sangat ramah dan baik. 8 Kamar yg sangat elite tapi harga terjangkau. Fasilitas kamar, toilet, dapur dll sangat lengkap. Cocok untuk liburan keluarga atau merayakan party perpisahan. Tidak lupa protokol kesehatan yg ketat dan wajib dilaksanakan.

I love this place, right location in the middle of local village. Nice bedroom, shared kitchen and big pool. Pak Agus-the owner is a warm kind-hearted person. Recommend!

Very nice place, comfortable bed, clean, big rooms and bathrooms. Very good quality for that price. Breakfast is tasty, coffee comes with hot milk, which is so nice. The pool is big and dip. Beautiful garden. Highly recommended!
