Worse manicure ever!
Take too long and cancel color. If you can choose other place go for it!

I loved it mainly for the friendly staffs and very reasonable rate. I choose to come daily if time permits. The girls were sweet and nice people. They were smiling n no grumpy sad face like they are doing job. They played calm music and it was good relaxation. Thanks guys.

The body massage was awful. The room was so cold and the masseurs were joking and chatting with each other. They were very rough cleaning us with towels after the massage and we felt uncomfortable. We don't recommend anyone to do body massage here.

Worst manicure ever, had to remove it as soon as i could! The nail polish Was clearly tempered with/watered down. When i asked (very politely may i say) about it the manager was super rude and escalated things very quickly with shouts and pulling out her thongue

Sehr ruhiger Ort. Wenn man im Nebenraum sitzt ist es sehr gut vom Verkehr abgedichtet. Der ruhigste Platz den ich an der Straße zur Massage hatte.
Füße werden vorher gewaschen und die Stühle sind schön weich und bequem.

Ich hatte zweimal eine Fußmassage, die ich genossen habe.
Sie ist nicht außergewöhnlich, aber schön.

Very quiet place. If you sit in the next room it is very well sealed from traffic. The quietest place I had on the street for massage.
Feet are washed before and the chairs are nice and soft and comfortable.

I twice had a foot massage that I enjoyed.
She is not exceptional, but beautiful.

Had a Balinese massage and it was great for my back. Also, good quality-price. Nice staff and good facilities

This spa is good
But he accept a baby.
When we come for manicure and pedicure in the same time there is a baby he cry. No good experience.

The time for manicure and pedicure it’s more than 2h30 it’s very very long.

The place is clean and prices are transparent. Nail treatments and feet massages that we did were comfortable but not fantastic. My foot reflexology massage ended up being good but not better than some other places, and my nail shellac / gelish treatment, although good in the process, started fading after 2 days into a weird color (wondering if it's the quality of the shellac being watered down).

Personally didn't like this place for their treatment, but was thankful for their cleanliness and transparency. I personally did a foot reflexology, and was attended to by a male masseuse. Firstly he was sick and coughing, but he did wear a mask (thankfully).

His effort-to-strength ratio was questionable. It seemed like he was putting in a lot of effort into massaging, but he was more touching my skin than actually doing reflexology, which I didn't appreciate. After telling him he could go harder, he went really hard for a while (which once again I did not appreciate), and later on went back to his original strength (unfortunately).

We walked past and were enticed by their friendliness, not the fake friendliness, but they were genuinely friendly. They had conversations and were interested before they even started working. We had the fish treatment and that was very ticklish and our feet felt fresh afterwards. They had a foot massage, which was nice, but not the best. I even left with bruises on my shins and calves. So it did get slightly uncomfortable. But they were nice, so it was pleasant.

Had an amazing foot massage with a pedicure and manicure (package C)! Lovely and friendly staff and the place is super clean and hygienic. Good price/quality balance!

We are currently at Gratia Spa about to finish our treatments. My wife is being looked after Vina who has done a foot massage, a manicure, a blow dry and straightening her hair. I asked to have a 45 minute facial treatment and a 1 hour foot massage. Monik has looked after me.

Both Vina and Monik have done an outstanding job and considering it is my first time I am grateful for meeting such kind, professional and happy people. Terima Kasih!

Great service. Friendly staff. Very affordable pricing. There are even cellphone charging points at each station. That's a major bknus after a long day of exploring.

The massage was great. The manicure and pedicure included very thorough cuticle care but were not spa style so no soaking, paraffin, or massage.

Massage on upstairs in a dodgy makeshift area.floor was oily.the area and room was cramp.during the massage, they keep moving the bed left and right to make space.the oil used felt cold on touch and and at the end of the day the massage was by a young lady with little experience.very average place. I wouldn't go back!

Very sad place. Went for a foot massage. I felt the massage therapist are overloaded. They look completely exhausted and have no energy to push the pressure points.
