Grand Inna Kuta

Water was leaking from the ceiling (constantly in the middle of the night.so we had to move to the another room at 3am and couldn't sleep AT ALL!

The hotel looked a little old, but was cleanly maintained. The staff were very friendly, so I felt comfortable the entire time I was there, and the location was great, so it was great to take a walk along Kuta Beach in the morning and evening.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in Bali. Hotel is in very good condition. Its very big, 3 nice pools and room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Bathroom was great and nice hot shower with good water pressure. Very good value too and the buffet breakfast was excellent with a large selection and very fresh.

The best part of my stay were the staff. Every staff member I came accross said hello and had a big smile. The staff moral is very good and they went above and beyond numerous times and I only stayed 1 night.

Special mention to Muklis who showed us to our room and also looked after our luggage after we checked out. Muklis helped us to the pool showers so we could have a shower before our flight and carried our bags everywhere. He is an absolute credit to your hotel. Also Mustana, who we only breifly dealt with was so amazing and put us in a taxi and was super friendly.

I highly recommend Truntum Kuta, its my best experience in Bali on over a dozen trips in 20 years.

Meskipun termasuk salahsatu hotel Yang cukup lama Di kawasan Kuta, tetapi sangat terawat dengan baik. Kamar, ballroom, restaurant, fasilitas sarana prasarana Dan pelayanannya baik. Citarasa makanan Dan minumannya juga sangat baik.

The ground floor bathrooms have unpleasant odors and there is a delay in delivering bags to the rooms

The value of an old hotel lies in the dedication of the entire personnel team

Spent a quick two nights here at the end of our stay. We did not have a booking just walked in and they were so accommodating

Big hotel with loads of options for everyone. So central to everything and right on the beachfront
Breakfast had amazing options to suit everyone and never felt busy

I always stay in Seminyak and always thought of Kuta as too busy
It felt the same

If you want to stay in this hotel i recomend you to reserve duluxe room type and new building room (especially for family group). The old room isnt good to stay event that cheaper because the smell and the facilities not good.

Please check the toilet flush when you enter the room first because randomly its something wrong like my experience.

This is a gem. We stayed here over new years. Comfortable rooms. Excellent service. The breakfast is ok, all edible but needs more attention. The pool bar music is just a bit too loud driving the clients to other pools, which may be the idea. I will recommend this hotel.

Lokasi sangat strategis, nempel pantai kuta, sarapan banyak pilihan, hotel bersih, nyaman, staft ramah dan sangat membantu cuatomer.

Very friendly staff brilliant location right on the beach. The old part is in need of renovation. HQ has changed the feel of the place. Playing loud boof doof music. Toilets small dirty. They have new toilets that have been broken for over six months now and they don't want to fix them. Breakfast is ok except for all the people they let smoke there. So if you like a does of cancer with your breakfast you will lime it. Getting over priced for what it is

Staffnya ramah pol, tempatnya juga bersih asri bgs kolam renangnya juga enak banget nyaman wifi okelah.

Hotel dengan fasilitas lengakap dan bagus, rate mahal tetapi sesuai dengan fasilitas yang diberikan. Lokasi sangat dekat dengan pantai.jika melihat dari kamar langsung bisa melihat view pantai.

Nginap disini 22 - 25 November nyaman, bisa renang, jalan jalan dipantai.sering hujan tapi hotel menyediakan payung. Sarapan enak dan variatif.secara umum menyenangkan.

The hotel is within walking distance from the renowned Kuta beach. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean and if you are lucky enough, the view from your room would be great. Just right at the front gate there's a shower for those who just swam and want to clean themselves before entering the hotel.

Bagus hotelnya dekat pantai kuta, tapi macet kalau mau keluar sore sore, harus lewat pantai yang selalu macet

Perfect place to spend my time and really enjoy the vacation around the hotel. Relaxing at kelapa pool, amazing at sunset pool, excited and pleasure at sunken pool. Great breakfast located beside of sunset pool.

Mo makan tinggal pilih mana saja yg disuka
Mo renang tinggal pilih, mo renang di kolam renang atau pantai Kuta.

Lokasi sangat strategis, kamar nyaman, ruang rapat nyaman, makanan beragam dan enak, minusnya akses internet lambat, air panas/hangat untuk mandi sulit, seringnya air dingin yg keluar.
