17Ignore everyone, book your grab taxi and sit here in the air conditioning. Simple as that.
Slightly slower being a famous Tourist hotspot, But overall good Airport much similarity with Delhi's International Terminal 3 Airport.
By the time we got there, we were approached by several taxi drivers. When we got there we finally had peace. A nice lounge with seating.

Either this or the gojek lounge is the easiest way to get out of the airport without getting ripped off. Local taxis in Bali are a ripoff, so please support gojek and grab as much as you can
I left my phone in my taxi when arriving at the airport for a flight. Selpi was so helpful contacting customer services and locating my driver. Communicating with my driver and getting my phone returned to me. I had recently got engaged and had so many priceless photos on my phone so can not thank Selpi enough for all her help. She is amazing.
Outright lied to me, saying for gojek i have to walk 2 km outside the airport (i didnt ask them, it was on my phone, they saw it and then they mentioned it). One more reason not to use grab!
Gojek direct is also available in the airport, just at the end of the big covered restaurant hall in front of the departure exit. Just walk through the hall and you will get there.
Great concept, even better escape from the hustle that is trying to get transport at DPS, but it is just a room with themed interior. ‘Lounge’ might be pushing it a bit far.
So many fake grab drivers outside waiting for tourists.
Go straight to Grab Lounge and get yourself a Grab from there.

Very helpful staff and they guide you towards a good Grab experience. There is no Wifi at the lounge however they are happy to open hotspot for you.
Seems like there are a lot of spam reviews on this review page. I was pleasantly surprised to see this Grab Lounge after passing some touting and immediately took the Grab app to book without caring about the cost. I like the certainty of a reasonable fixed price with safety. The staff are also friendly. If only suggestion to make it better is to provide free Wi-Fi for customers.
Do take note there is an airport surcharge tax imposed and Grab has no choice but to load this on consumers.
From research, the only trusted ones in Bali are Grab, Gojek and Bluebird so do some comparison before booking. The unconventional way is to go to the departure side and grab some alighting taxis and bargain with them.
Super easy and friendly staff offering assistance if you need it. Driver arrived within a few minutes. Highly recommend if you don't have preplanned transportation.

Enak dengan adanya grab bandara, skarang sudah ada titik jemput (grab lounge) jadi skarang lebih mudah lebih aman, dan nyaman dan staff nya disana baik dan ramah2.
Cara mudah dan gampang untuk dapetin transportasi dari bandara, karena langsung melalui aplikasi dan sudah ada titik penjemputannya yaitu di grab lounge. Untuk pelayanan yg diberikan sangat ramah dan nyaman, dengan keadaan lounge yang baik serta staffnya yg ramah dan sangat membantu memberitahu saat mobil yg kita pesan sudah datang. WORST PERSON I MET IN BALI. Extremely selfish staff. They offered me 150k for just a 2 km trip to my homestay and noticed that it was because of the airport fee. But the fee is actually 10k. The female staff Then kicked me out of the lounge and not allowed me to charge my dead phone as I did not use their service.
