Free airport transfer. The accommodation is located in the city center (it is a pedestrian lane at night). There are many restaurants and shops nearby. It is a 10-15 minute walk from the Art Market and Ubud Palace. Although it is located in a busy area, the environment inside the accommodation is quiet. Quiet

The room photos are consistent with the actual situation (even beyond my expectations). The space is spacious, with good lighting and ventilation. The air-conditioning is also very cool. The bed is very comfortable to sleep on. The universal plug is also provided, which is very considerate. The wet and dry shower equipment has a window for ventilation, the hair dryer provided has good wind power

The free breakfast provided (with fruit salad and drinks) is delicious, and the portion is just right for me (I eat a small amount in the morning). The restaurant is open until evening, and I tried dinner, which was delicious and reasonably priced.

I stayed for 7 days. The housekeeping staff regularly cleaned the room and provided new towels, which made my stay very comfortable. The service staff were very kind and helped me book a car for my next accommodation (reasonable fare). The cooperative driver was also very kind. Thoughtful reminder to take away important items

Highly recommended, I would like to stay again next time I go to Ubud!

Thank you very much for the incredible and lovely homestay. It was a pleasure to meet you. Always had a smile in the face & so helpful. The place is in the middle centre of Ubud. You can go shopping, trekking in the rice fields, visiting temples.
The homestay is surrounded by a lovely garden. Very peaceful and quiet.
The breakfast and the food in the restaurant is perfect. We have been there everyday.

We have gone to eat, it is normal for them to be quiet, but the food was cold, with good flavor, they are very nice

A family business, they are very kind and you would feel welcome, right away.

It’s well located in Ubud center, good quality-price, beds are comfortable, aircon is great - it can get noisy on early mornings, just wear earplugs!

Internet was a bit slow, but we managed!

I went only to the restaurant. The food was great, the service is super and the prices are very good. I would defnetly recommend it.

Wasserdruck (auch Warmwasser) sehr gut. AC hat ebenfalls funktioniert.

Incredibly central and very authentic homestay with family living on the same block in different houses.
The entrance and gardens are magnificent and clean with many details such as ponds, fish, flowers, a cute parrot and statues everywhere.
Our double room looked new, it wasn't what I expected from the unbeatable price, so it was a great surprise for us.
Inside you will find kindness and availability. Owners Yudha and Adi are always ready to find quick solutions.
The breakfasts are outstanding, and the dinner for those two times we stopped was also really great.
Definitely recommended for those looking for something central, 2 steps from the Monkey Forest, Ubud Palace and Ubud Market.

We did not stay here but were invited in from Jl. Goutama when we were wandering along trying to decide where to eat. So glad we came down the garden path, dodged the pet rabbits and found a seat in the tiny restaurant. Lovely home style authentic experience, some of the best food we had in Bali. Will be returning on our next trip and recommending to friends.

The restaurant is such high quality for the price! It’s so clean and it serves such healthy, tasty, nutritious food! I wasn’t feeling well and Adi suggested I have some ginger tea with my veggie soup - it was so delicious and I felt better immediately) Food for the soul! Highly recommend!
