Located in the heart of Kuta, surrounded by a million shops and restaurants and just a shirt walk from the beach. It's a really nice place with a large pool and very nice bungalows around it. The rooms are clean, nothing too fancy, but just about right. No fridge though, but I didn't mind.
The street outside is very busy and some of the noise does come through, albeit not too intrusive, it wasn't too bad.
The staff are very nice and attentive, there's also a parking inside, so it's got everything you'd need.
Its also close to a big shopping centre, so that is also great. I was there every day, avoiding the hustle of the street vendors and all the nuisance you encounter on the streets. Definitely a good place for a few nights.

Tempatnya sangat tenang walau depannya sangat rame. Sangat dekat kemana mana. Ke Legian, mau ke pantai juga dekat.

Rekomemdasi puat penginapan budget daerah kuta. Harga oke dengan pelayanan dan kamar yg bagus. Pemiliknya Pak Gora baik dan seru diajak ngobrol

Worst experience ever. I went there along with my wife for 3 nights stay. The first stay was okay. The next two days I don't know why but they switched off the main electricity point. We were tired so couldn't be bothered to go and ask them. Next fay we had our trekking to Mt. Batur at 4 AM so woke up early around 2: 30 AM to get ready and still no electricity. Asked the old man who slept on the couch outside and he replies it was due to some electricity connection from the electricity department. Next day teh same - at around 8PM the light goes off and we couldn't take it anymore3 as it was hot and we were unable to sleep. I booked a hotel at around 2 PM in the nearby street buy calling them and informing them and left the place quickly as we couldn't tolerate anymore and for our surprise, there were lights around all the other rooms. There was one room where the curtains were open wide and lights were ON, the fan was ON and no one inside.

This was the most ridiculous I have ever been. I still has marks from the bed bugs that were from the bed in the room. Most untidiest hotel in Bali probably. And upon that they mention free breakfast which is a complete false promise. I am never going back to this place. I would suggest to avoid this place at all cost.

Stayed here for 8 nights and enjoyed my stay very much! You are in the busy Kuta, but you don't notice the noise once you are in the hotel. Nice and quiet. The room is clean with good working airconditioning, the bathroom is spacious and a clean nice swimming pool. Very friendly people too. There is a restaurant where you can eat above the hotel at the entrance. I'll definitely come back when visiting Bali!

Nice and clean with very friendly staff. There is a nice pool here. Rooms have air-conditioning, tv, toilet and shower. 6 min walk to Kuta beach and 5 min to the shopping centre. They rent out scooters at a reasonable price. You have all you need in walking distance.

Great location, friendly staff, more than willing to help customers. Rustic balanese feeling and design.

Kebetulan saya menginap seminggu disana, ownernya ramah, satpamnya welcome, ada anjing penjaganya juga namanya cinta sangat bersahabat, semua kebutuhan makan dan minum bisa disediakan. Ataupun saat pesan gofood, shopee food, dan grab food kebanyakan abang kurirnya di izinin masuk dan nganter makanan sampe depan setiap pintu kamar tamu. Disediakan kolam renang juga, parkir luas, gausah takut kehujanan. Parkirnya ada di basement. Lokasi strategis ya, kanan kiri banyak villa dan hotel juga. Dekat dengan legian, mau dugem bisa jalan aja, ke pantai deket banget bisa jalan kaki, mau naik 5GX juga bisa jalan kaki, semua serba murah. Yang mahal cuma gengsi kamu ajah

The pool there is amazing! We stayed there for 3 night and it was all just fine. Only two things you might not like there isn't AC and no hot water. It's like 10 min from beach and the same to the centre. It's really cheap and you have breakfast and pool! (We had the cheapest room)

I did not like this place! The shower were very dirty, the pillows smelled really bad and we also had cockroaches in the room

We stayed in one of the cheapest rooms and it was correct. No AC, but hot water and a small balcony. They rent motorbikes for a good price.

Nice hotel, if you get better room. Very bad internet, owner is letting sellers to bother you during the day. Small breakfast.

Stayed here 3 times and for the price its the best hotel in Kuta! The rooms by the pool that are more expensive are amazing also if you have extra to spend. Cheaper rooms are still clean & comfortable with nice little balconies. Wayan, his brother and the rest of the staff are all super friendly and helpful. 10/10:)

Initially got a very small and stinky room. Bathroom was also bad and without any toiletries. Later got upgraded to a much better room. Staff is friendly and helpful
