Golden Queen Fast Boat penida

We have tried other fast boats before, but Golden Queen was hands down the most pleasant experience. Great service from pick up until drop off. Very friendly staff.

I arrived in the Harbour at 9 for the check in process as advised and the boat was supposed to leave at 10. We left one hour later and arrived in Gili T at 13 (2 hours in the boat)

Boat was nice, 4 seats on each site. Not even half of the seats were occupied so a few people including myself laid down for a nap:)

Toilet was alright. There's an upper area where they play music. I stayed on the lower level where there was a TV and some movie playing. It was hot outside but inside on the lower level was nice.

DO NOT PUT ANY VALUABLES OR MONEY IN YOUR LUGGAGE TO BE PLACED THE BOAT. Money 100 USD and 600000 rupiah was stolen from one of our bags. Nusa Penida to Gili T. Noticed the zipper was not fully zipped when getting off the boat. Confronted the crew and then the employees at the office by the habour. One of the employees literally said they didnt care what happened and refused to help. Said it was our fault. Then called the manager at the Bali office who he then translated to us that that his boss also didnt care what happened. Very dishonest company and they could care less about travelers. Do not support them. This also happened to many others traveling with this company. See reviews from all offices on the islands.

The best boat company we've had in indonesia. Comfortable new boat, music and beers on the top of the boat. Dropoff to our destination in Senggigi.

The speedboat is nice and good, but they took us on shore in local boat. They put there too many people, the water got in the boat from the front, almost sunk, I got all wet. We really did not feel safe.

Could not recommend. If I knew where to press charges I would! AVOID THIS COMPANY they only care about money not safety of their customers!

! DO NOT STORE ANY VALUABLES BELOW DECK! After getting off the ferry in GILI T I was given my bag to find the zippers were opened and I had around $150 USD stolen during the ferry ride from Nusa Penida -> Gili T. After confronting the staff and local manager they told me they couldn't do anything and the manager literally said "he does not care about our missing money" Other than being robbed.ferry service was ok, took longer than expected. The "manager" pictured below was the one who said he doesn't care our money was stolen below deck by the companies boat staff. They did not offer to refund us with a free ticket or future discount after being robbed. They told us they checked the boats "CCTV" however how could they have done this 15 minutes after getting off the boat? They do no have CCTV. Highly recommend booking somewhere else or flying!
