Glory Express

This company do an illegal scam of charging an additional 3% for use of any non-local bank account card, yet do NOT offer alternative (such as prepayment online or payment via QR code).
It is illegal in Indonesia to charge credit card commission, let alone not even providing an option! Make sure you go to a different company who don't attempt cheeky scams!

Theft occurred on board, luggage taken from us and placed overhead, bag opened and valuables removed

So our crossing was very fine. If you only have hand luggage, you can even take it to your seat and put it between your feet.
Everyone has a seat, not like other providers (Semaya One).

PS: if you go snorkeling and want to see manta rays, be at the spot before 9am. After that there are no more - a taxi driver in Bali

Due to a miscommunication regarding the transport from the hotel to the port, we missed our booked ferry. We lost three hours as a result. Can happen and we saw it relaxed. Then the departure of the next boat was postponed by 30 minutes. Unfortunately, our suitcases were on the outside, which is why our clothes got wet while driving. The staff was nice. In Lembongan our suitcases were carried to the beach. All in all it was okay, but nothing more.

Thanks. The trip to Nusa Lembogan-Sanur, including the shuttle to the Yellow Bridge, worked out perfectly. We immediately booked and paid for the return transport in the office and it went smoothly. My initial concerns were completely for nothing. We would book with Glory again at any time. Thank you very much

Ferry was fine. Lembongan services was great. The sanur office didnt book our taxi for arrival. 3 hour wait for a taxi before they placed us in a share cab for one of the taxis going out. Total of 5 hours to get from sanu to canggu and I wish I was exaggerating. Other gentlemen and familys caught up in the 3 hour wait.

The whole experience was such a mess for me! There are many companies, many boats, many times.online found this company, price 175.000 on web, (without any transportation to/from the harbour) went to the office, was offered 200.000, mentioned the price on web, got it. Not sure if I could go lower, I'm not good/I try to avoid bargaining. The boat was about 15 mins late at departure - we waited in hall with AC, no problem. Boat itself nice, half empty or maybe more, quick, comfortable.

PS: i think it's good to have the transport from the harbor/hotel on nusa lembongan - the taxi charged 100.000 for 5 mins drive, after a hard hassle made it 50.000. On the way back we managed with DStars, arranged transport on lembongan in price, maybe here also possible?

We had a great trip across on Glory, service was great, boat travelled well and price point. Recommend

Schedule on 8.30am from Sanur to Lembongan but we have to wait in the boat for 1 hour for another passengers. Such unprofessional.

Amazing service and price. For a very reasonable price we were picked up in Ubud, driven to Sanur, sailed to Lembongan, driven to our villa, driven back to the boat, sailed back to Sanur and then driven to our airport hotel. Communication and punctuality were perfect.

We paid 400k return per person with hotel drop off in Lembongan.seemed to be the standard price among the different boat companies. Boat there was 30 mins delayed, but ourselves & luggage arrived well. We even left 1 suitcase in their offices for the 4 days we were on Lembongan - no problems there either. Trip back was on time & went smoothly.

Their staff was dishonest with the price and trying to skim off tourists! We bought 2 tickets for $250k after a hard negotiations (from initial $400k to $250k). The staff was helping the local scammers on their quoted price

Reliable company for boat transfer from/to Lembongan - we'd still chose this company in the future, but get our own taxi from/to the harbor as we waited long for the shuttle/at the harbor by using the company's shuttle

DONT GO HERE, WE GOT SCAMMED
When we arrived at Sanur the hawkers for Glory surrounded us immediately saying they were the only boat providers that went to Lembongan.
We thought it may be true due to Covid and they sold us a one way ticket for 500,000 for two people.
They said the boy was leaving at 2. It didn’t leave until 2: 35 -> we waited for ages in stifling heat in the boat. It was so bad that one girl actually threw up from the waves and heat.
Very poor, we got scammed -> will not make this mistake again. Yes the boat did actually go across to the island but it’s not worth your time or money.

We bought the tickets but never used them due to the earthquake. We wanted our money or part of it back and they said that only cancellations 24h in advance can get refund. The ticket back was cancelled 3 days in advance but they treat all the ticket together. So any money back for us. Apart from that it took me one week and 3 emails for them to reply. I won't recommend them.

Blm pernah naik boat, baru pertama kalinya, walau ombak besar, tp ngga begitu terasa, dengan 100 rb sdh bisa nyebrang ke nusa lembongan.

They were super efficient with their pick up and drop offs, and the boats were punctual. Ok, it's hardly a fancy vessel and I'd hate to be on it if it tipped over, but would definitely use these guys again.

AVOID! Sold us tickets for days that boat wasn't even sailing.company in Gili had to try and get us on another boat! That was all after the driver was late by an hr and had to drive like a crazy person. I'm not even sure he would have turned up if the hotel hadn't have called several times to find out where they were.save your money and go somewhere else. Very expensive for an awful service!
