Went for a hair cut and colour the whole experience was a struggle and very confusing.very over priced better off going to a local hairdresser.very disappointed as it was a treat for my birthday but left ripped off

I had an eyebrow wax and lash lift and tint here. The brow wax was quite good. The lash lift and tint were disappointing, especially compared to other places in bali that I’ve visited. It was a lot of stinging and 700,000 for nothing. The result is not ‘natural’ it’s nominal. It is truly the worst value for money that I’ve come across.

Got a great brow and upper lip threading. The girl who did it (Yuli) made sure I was happy with how it looked and discussed it with me before we started.

Had a super relaxing time at Glo, I did the traditional cream bath treatment and it left my hair so soft and smooth. The neck massage was heavenly as well.

I visited Glo spa and salon twice during my weekend in Bali because I loved it so much! I booked in for a brow lamination, lash lift and pedicure - the lamination and lift are easily the best I’ve ever for half the price I pay at home! The pedicure was also done to perfection (the only thing I will say is there isn’t a massive range of gel colours if you’re someone who’s looking for bold/bright colours). The salon was running slightly behind on my second day I went but I was given a complimentary neck and shoulder massage whilst I waited which was a really nice touch. Really friendly staff, aesthetic and clean salon - I’d definitely visit again. Thanks so much!

Tinted and shaped my eyebrows here. The woman who helped me did a good job.love it! Unfortunately after 1 week the tint was already gone. Texted the salon and they invited me to come back for a retint. Thank you for your service. Very happy with it now!

This is a nice salon, but not really a "spa". There are some design issues too if you want to go for anything relaxing e.g. A massage. I went for a Balinese massage and the Detox facial.

The facial was great - very thorough and my skin was glowing after. The massage was pretty average (and at these prices you expect better).

Be aware that the treatment room is next to the main salon area and so all the noise from the salon comes through. This meant it was noisier than the cheap massage parlours you can find for less than half the price. When I mentioned this 5 minutes into my massage, the masseuse popped to reception to get me earplugs, so clearly theyre aware of the problem. The earplugs helped but weren't comfortable and didn't block the noise fully. I'd recommend they offer earplugs from the start, without clients having to ask. But at the end of the day, there are better places to go for a massage that would actually be relaxing.

Update - since Glo have responded, it's worth noting there's a single spa menu on their website which seems to apply to all of their Bali outposts and includes massages (and spa packages). At no point when booking was I told theyd recommend doing massage in another branch. They should be more proactive on this point if they're aware that a location isn't properly set up for these treatments.

Every blonde knows how important a great hairdresser is, it's like air. Thank God I found a hairdresser (Yadi) and this is an incredible person who has a gift in his hands and undoubtedly all women leave this man pleasantly surprised. And this is not only because he is charming and attentive, but a true professional in his field. Stylish and charismatic. Feels your mood and adapts to it.
I have a complex, multi-layered bangs and rarely anyone manages to cut it right, and although Yadi first met with such a bang, and even at an angle, he cut it perfectly. Of course, I directed him the first time, but it was Yadi who perfected my bangs and style. And how he chooses the colors for my Blondeau is just incredible. They often come up to me on the street and make compliments about the color of my hair, of course, you need to take into account that I was born with a blond shade of hair, but all blondes know what a yellow shade can become. Now I have a beautiful mother-of-pearl hair color, which depends not only on the brand of paint but also on the proportions in which it is mixed. I follow the hairdresser like a thread behind a needle:) It’s like your permanent image maker - you don’t need to explain to him again and again what to do, you just show him and he already knows how, because God put a gift in his hands. I hope each of you will find such a hairdresser in your life.

Thankyou to your stylist Yudi for a great experience. My hair had been home treated with a copper dye and needed serious colour correcting. I decided to go back to my natural colour of blonde and Yudi did a great job at such a difficult task. He was kind and accomodating also! Thanks Yudi!

Huge disappointment for me. I got a haircut with wet finish. I didn’t realize it right away. I noticed later on some of the parts are not even. My hair looked very weird after drying my hair. He forgot to cut some bits. I cut it myself to make it even. I wanted to have curtain bangs but they look weird and not even. Salon is very clean and staff is lovely. I heard great comments from other people. That’s why I wanted to go there for my haircut but mine failed miserably.: (

In many years of having haircuts in various countries, this is the first negative experience I've had. The hairdresser is incompetent and unable to follow basic guidance in English. I've had to stop him half way. Will go to another salon to try and fix the mess he has created
