If you are looking for a massage which is better than the average massage in Bali go to Gita Spa & Massage in Seminyak. Don’t expect a fancy, modern salon, because the salon is very basic, but absolutely clean and with clean sheets and towels for every client. Ibu Eka is the owner and she provides a very good massage, concentrating on the muscles and nerves. She knows exactly what she does to get rid of any blockages. Working with salt, hot stones and herbs, Ibu Eka can help you with sore pains, bruces, sprains, etc etc. She makes a pasta from herbs (ginger etc) and puts it on your body, so it can do its work while massaging the rest of your body. Ibu Eka massages you to make you feel better and as she has so much experience you can feel her hands treating your body as it desires. Even her relaxation massage is fantastic. So before the treatment you have to make sure you tell Ibu Eka exactly what treatment you like to have and don’t forget to ask for the price. An average 1 hr massage is around rp 120k and I recommend 1,5hours so she can work on yr whole body.

Amazing massage, I’ve had a lot of lower back problems and my back has never felt better. Nice to experience a pain free back for once. Can go as hard as you like, Wayan is very professional and can adjust to your liking. Regularly checks if the pressure is ok, which is nice. Couldn’t fault her and value for money is awesome too.

This is the first place you should go if you have blockages. I heard about Wayan from a friend who preferred to have strong massages but said that she felt like she was being tortured and that it was the best massage she has ever had.
Within the first min I knew this was not going to be comfortable. My arm neck and shoulders were in such a mess I thought they couldn’t get any worse so put all my trust in this woman. It wasn’t long before I had stuffed the sarong in my mouth to save from grinding my teeth together.
She used a red ginger elixir (15 natural ingredients) like a body scrub she massages into your body. It heats up and seems to get hotter as she does her magic. I wasn’t sure what to think but because my body was so munted I thought it couldn’t get much worse so I put all my trust in her and used heavy breathing techniques to get through the session. Using a combination of hot stones, massaging pressure points and clearing meridians I could feel my body telling me this is exactly what it needed.
Wayan is amazing. I said to her before we started that my friend told me I was going to die. She laughed and said no you relax you won’t die but you might cry. Lol.
This ain’t no fancy spa and isn’t for the light hearted. But if you want blockages cleared and feel free again you’ve found the right place.

Did the combination massage for legs and back. The massage didn't disappoint. The lady masseur seemed more skilled than the guy though. One of the best massage across South East Asia I've had. The shopfront looks a little dodgy/run down

I did a full body massage and it was fantastic! Wayan is extremely good and finds all the sore spots and gets them out for you. She give a very firm, she also uses traditional oil and hot stones as well. The price is really cheap.

Honestly one of the best massages of my life. Wyanna knows how to find knots and digs in heavy. Don’t expect a gentle stroke, but an effective deep tissue massage. If you have muscular imbalance or muscle spasm like me (scoliosis), she is the best.

The best repair and restore massage I have ever had. Also the best ever natural healing herbs and oils. Hours later a wonderful warm circulating stimulating warmth deep into the muscles. Better than a heat pack. Not too hot. This is world class. Never had better anywhere. Restored range of motion to shoulder that had been ceased up and in sharp pain for 6 months. I had seen all of the specialists in Australia and none were as good as this.

Behind the unassuming door front is the best masseuse I've ever met! She knows exactly which spot to press on, with the right amount of strength to ease all the muscle tension - a great way to end the day after a grueling trek
