Gemini Star Hotel Kuta

The ambiance of the hotel and pool are pleasant. Our room is surprisingly quiet at night. There are local restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
However, the comfort room does stink. The staff did not clean the room during our stay, even if we requested it. We replaced the towels, tissues, and water in the reception every evening by ourselves. There are lots of improvements in terms of the service.
In terms of the price to value, it is reasonable because the location is strategic. It is near Denpasar and the Bali airport.

Dapat harga bagus di Ag*da. Tempat bagus, bersih, nyaman, staff ramah, ada fasilitas kolam renang. Nice buat yg liburan ke Bali daerah Kuta.

Absolute scam, this hotel is unacceptable! The pictures on the website do not match reality at all. Luckily we only had the room for one night after our flight and even that was too much. If it hadn't been 3 a.m. We would have left straight away.
In addition to the bad room and sanitary facilities, there is a nightclub next door where people party until early in the morning.

Please do not book a room here, you will regret it.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at, at Bali! The room was big, aircon, nice beds, balcony, pool, breakfast included and the bathroom was fresh!

Really nice place with kind people and tasty. The only con is the music of the disco nearby. In the middle of the night one can hear the music in the room with doors closed.

Bloody night club in a room: D walls are shaking from music. Only good place to crash if u gonna get smashed yourself. No sleep for me tonight.

Tempatnya nyaman dan bersih. Dekat mau kemanapun karna pas ditengah pusat Kuta dan Legian. Minusnya cuman kalau sudah malam akan sangat berisik sekali dengan suara musik yang besar, karna yah memang dikelilingi oleh banyak cafe dan hotel hotel.

Tempatnya bagus, nyaman, dan strategis. Ada kolam renang.di kamar lantai agak ngeres dan malam hari sedikit berisik

Tempad yg nyaman dengan harga yg relatif murah hanya di kamar mandi tidak di sediakan lap kaki jd kamar gampak becek klo kluar masuk kamar mandi n staf sedikit tidak ramah karna di kamar tidak disediakan tempat sampah dan saya meninggal kan beberapa sampah saat chek out tp saya di tegur harusnya kan itu sudah bagian kerja dari staf hotel apa lagi mereka jg tidak menyediakan tempat sampah di kamar

I stayed at the deluxe room with pool access. The pool access rooms are really nice with bean bag. The toilet is really noisy when the fan is on and sometimes there's a bad odour. The AC is really cold and cable TV is great. Lots of power sockets. There's fridge and closet. The bed is comfy. Breakfast is delicious, especially the fried noodle and fried rice, but the portion is small. The female restaurant staff is friendly. Also the rooms doesn't provide water or kettle, you have to go to the restaurant for that. No drinking glass, tissue, and floor mat. You have to ask for a floor mat. You can take a car here but the alleyway is really narrow and the hotel probably has space only for 1-2 cars. The thing that killed the mood was the male receptionist with thick glasses we encountered when we first checked in. Quite rude and not friendly. "Jutek". And I'm not the only one who felt he was not friendly. But there was one staff who was friendly the next morning. I give 3 stars because of the nice room and breakfast but bad service.

Not a three star hotel. Run down, awful service. We booked for 2 nights but on the first morning they kicked us out saying that they were full and we can't stay the second night as previously arranged. Absolutely awful, DO NOT STAY HERE.

Worst hotel I've stayed at in all of Bali! If you don't wanna sleep much, stay here. You won't be able to sleep here since there's a disco right next to the hotel. Stains on the sheets and towels, no bathroom supplies (not even soap), old, smelly, dirty. DON'T EVER STAY HERE!

Saya beberapa kali liburan di Bali.
Cuma baru kali ini cari hotel dengan harga agak murah, tapi kok fasilitas nya kurang banget.
Dari tidak ada nya sabun mandi, pasta gigi dan sikat gigi nya pun tidak ada. Air minum jg tidak ada, beer juga tidak tentunya.
Kasur nya sesuai harga lah. Tv kecil tapi gambar bagus kok, chanel tv kabel. Wifi nya ga kepake. Telfon kamar di putus.
Sarapan nya enak kok, ala barat hingga indo ada. Dari pancake sampai nasgor tapi yah cm 4 menu itu tiap hari nya, jd kalo lama menginap di hotel ini yah bosen dengan sarapan yg menu nya sama trus.
Lokasi nya lumayan sih, agak bingung juga, tapi bagus menurut saya dengan harga yg murah bgt.

African working girls stay here. Many Africans like the restaurant here. The rooms are big w/ basic facilities. Bottle shop here too with ATM. It's budget priced (except for new rooms). Great new swimming pool. New rooms built at the back are a bit pricey compared to old rooms. Night time noise is due to the Nite clubs nearby. Male staff will clean rooms when you ask them.

Its actually ok for low cost traveler. The staff was good. But I 've been robbed by the guests of the hotel. Recently I knew that many black people who stays there are part of syndicate of professional robbery.

Nice place to stay. But not great. Staff is friendly and knows little bit of English. I stayed for 5 days with my 2 more friends.beds r clean. Bathroom clean and has hot water in shower. Very calm place. Has tv with cable. And iam an indian and i chose this randomly because it's cheap and best for me

Transit satu malam disini staf ramah sih tapi kamar kurang bersih lampu juga kurang terang, menyediakan motor untuk disewa, waktu itu dikasih harga 75 rb per harinya

Cheapest Beer in the Tourist Zone. 29k for large Bintang. Had the Pizza. Was nothing special. The local food my friend had was good tough
