Ganesha ek sanskriti - Traditional Indian cuisine and Bar Sanur ulasan
29Fantastic Indian restaurant with amazing food, lots of choices and all (what we tried (bsolutely delicious. Its a nice and serene scenery. Trully worth visiting. We were helped by Denpal, who is the manager, and he advised us through the menu. We had samosas, chicken 65, chicken tika, lamb vindalo, butter chicken and a chicken biryani. We were with 3 people, but could easily feed 4 or 5 eaters. The naan is also recommended. Lovely place which is now in my favorites in Sanur for sure
Best experience. The food deleciouse, The staff very friendly. Thank you Ica for serve us nicely.
Excellent food, best for indians who are craving for Indian style cooked food 8n Bali specially for vegetarians.
Best Indian food we had in Sanur/Denpasar area!
We loved the dhaba dal, jeera rice, papdi chaat, kabab platter, rumali roti and paneer makhni gravy. We went there on multiple occassions and tried out both south and north indian food. North Indian food was top notch, south indian food could use a slight improvement but still good enough to satisfy your cravings.
It's very well priced for the quantity and service they provide.
Too expensive. Don't know why they are charging too high, also they are ok, not so original to that of Indian food found in India. Portions are small. Would recommend some other Indian restaurant if u have time. Try Shiv Sagar. Its expensive, but still serve tasty and filling portions.
Poor service. They don't attend you if they feel u r not going to eat alot. They tale order and if small order they delay the serving. Very bad service
Extremely disappointed with this place.
The only reason to give 2 star is the taste of food which was reasonable.
Terribly poor service. Rude behaviour by the waitress especially caroline.the one who attended us. They denied to put our phone on charger.they denied to allow us to use our water bottle which we were carrying.instead they were charging 350 ml water for 16000 rp. We ordered chhole with which we asked for some extra onions.they asked 30000 rp for the same.
Despite good ambience & good food, the hotel is quite understaffed & whichever they have are rude. Miscellaneous charges are just not acceptable. Thumbs down!
I used to visit the Ubud branch often when I lived there 2019-2022, and always thought the food was amazing.
Living in Sanur, this was an obvious choice.
Alas, the food was not as amazing as I remember, although still very good by general ‘Indian food in Bali’ standards.
The rice, however, is frankly offensively overpriced, even if one portion is enough for 2 people…
Oh and the server forgot to bring the glass of water I ordered as a drink.
Was my favourite Indian in Ubud, but given this is premium priced, (280k for a single main dish with rice!) I was not amazed in the same way in Sanur…
Great food! Great service! Great atmosphere! I really enjoyed eating at this restaurant. It perfectly satisfied my craving for Indian food. The ambience of the place is very nice and comfortable. It's expensive for Bali, you get satisfaction in bali only by eating here.
Yummy indian food. It was a saviour for us, right beside Holiday Inn, Sanur. The staff was really really good there, didn't let us miss home. Big thanks to Adi (Tirta), Maharani, Pepe, Negi ji and Nandish
Best Indian restaurant in Sanur. Very attentive staff that went out of their way to make you welcome. Very authentic dishes.
The Best Authentic curry in Bali. Well done.
My last visit Covid times still beautiful.
Actually as good as Officer's mess in Delhi HQ.
Really unprofessional staff. I can understand that the waiter can make mistakes but dont be angry at your customers for doing so.
Delicious food and Good ambience.
Must try - ganesha special dal.
Interacted with the owners they were Very warm and welcoming. Definitely should visit if you are in Bali!
Food was good, very disappointed with the service, no cutlery on the table, food arrived but no plate's also kept giving us other tables food.
Back to this place after two years and the foods still taste so good!
We ordered Saag Paneer, Rogan Josh, and Garlic Naan Bread for two persons. The portion is generous.
They have good staffs and spacious parking area that is very rare in Sanur.
The food was delicious as ever however the portion was slightly less than pre-covid time.
The waitress was amazing! Super friendly and helpful.
What an amazing place to find great Indian food. The chef and few staff members are Indians that makes it easy to understand, and the taste is really authentic Indian, they serve both south and north indian menu and have separate seating for veg and nonveg. The place is clean and staff are super friendly. Good clean washroom as well. The place is mostly visited by Indian tourists and it stands as refuge for those carving for home food while exploring the beautiful Bali. They have 3 branches spread in Bali so fooding becomes easy. One may find it but pricey, but it's worth it.
If you're craving for complete Indian meals, look for their Saturday and Sunday Brunch for only 150K. Superb!
Just read the review of a guy who was at the ganesha for the buffet and i think i must have been at a different place yesterday, I have been twice for an alacarte meal and really enjoyed it, but i, m afraid i will never go back again for the buffet there was some finger food which the staff seemed reluctant to put on my plate and a so called paneer which was tofu, B butter chicken and a lamb on the bone posing as a rogan josh some jeera rice and a cauli and potato mixture and lookwarm water soup posing as a spicy tomato, there was some puri and the chef said he would make tandoori, which he was going to make on the grill, if there was a tandoor i couldnt see it, you had to ask for nan bread which came very small and very thin.and to make matters worse my wife was violently sick two hours after the only thing i didnt eat that she didnt was the but.ter chicken. Overall it was very underwhelming experience.
I am 70 years old and have been eating indian food all over the world including in various parts of India.and this had no resemblance to an indian Buffet. I a restaurant is going to open for a buffet, there should be a large range of curries and some spice involved which there wasnt.
Ver disappointing If money is tight shut down and dont do buffets
