Furama Villas & Spa Ubud

Such a bad experiences to stay here.how come there's no water to go for shower and even worst to go to the toilet! Omg. Complaining to the hotel and no problem solved till we check out. All they did only asking us to fill in the guest comment. What kind of services is that?

Our eight day stay at the FuramaXclusive Resort was wonderful. Staff were fantastic as was food, room, and facilities. We stayed in a premier roon which was gteat but villas looked fabulous also. Recommend the Spa and also the trekking in the rice fields with hotel guide (would do it earlier in our stay so as be more familiar with the environment of the the resort). The free shuttle bus to Ubud and back was terrific. Recommended highly

Very safe property. Location is not Ubud, but about 20 minutes away from Ubud. Not very walkable to things in the area. Beatiful grounds pretty trees & shrubbery. Bed was comfortable. Housekeeping is amazing & always restocked room. Our Deluxe pool villa was clean & had no bugs or critters indoors. Umfortunely, the villa's linens need replacing. Even when room is cleaned by housekeeping you can find stains or holes on newly washed sheets and towels. TV did not work well, was fuzzy on every channel. Outlet far away from bed and only 1 available, so if charging low phone battery, you can not use your phone unless you are ready to get out of bed and unplug it again. Room service food was good. Before you arrive buy extra bottled water & buy snacks.you receive 2 bottles per day in the bathroom & you will pay if extra are needed.

I booked one of the highest tier rooms at this hotel for 4 days and everyday I've been reporting issues and there hasn't been any resolution. It's surprising that for their top rooms there are so many issues but even after reporting, no resolution.

It's hot in this country, in the whole villa there is one under powered or broken in a way that hotel has no idea on how to fix. Is barely taking down the heat and humidity, not getting anywhere near cool even at night. Their top tier rooms at 2 mil a night, ac is probably most basic of amenities.

Breakfast included with room is pretty limited for vegetarians and crowded in a way that few popular stations has lines. Popular items like butter and some fruits are often out.

Bathtub is nice and big, however the water is leaking out so it doesn't really fill the water in any reasonable time. Tap at the tub is also clogged with scale build up that hasn't been cleaned in a while so water flow is affected which is big deal for bath tub.

There is a bird stuck somewhere in very high roof of the villa which chirps every now and then.

For something so expensive, there is no upkeep, I'm sure it must've been awesome hotel at one time but seems dated now.

Honestly not a good place to stay as after dark its damn scilent and scary due to insacts and other wild species.

I'll cut their rating only because of services they provide to you.their is lack of communication between the staff or something i didn't get.
Rest was awesome their rooms and restrooms were neat clean 5star.
Location is also awesome.

We were nervous after reading some of the reviews, however, our room was fantastic. The aesthetic of the place isn't meant to be modern, and it delivers on it. Water features, natural setting, and stonework give this hotel a unique feel. The rooms are up to the standard of modern 5-star hotels with a different look and feel. The staff is absolutely on point, polite and friendly. The food wasn't to our taste, but a free shuttle into town means we had plenty to choose from.

They appear to associate with good drivers too, pointing to the Gusti family who are honest and reliable (we hired them on two separate occasions for tours and transport). If the hotel doesn't have their details, we can probably find them for you!

Just a suggestion, don't make it a habit tomorrow to seduce other people's guests so that you replace them with the driver of your choice, you try to take other people's fortune

Very decent place with nice service and the restaurant served good quality dishes. We had a problem with water as the water pump broke but the management gave us a voucher.

Not maintained property. Lizards are 10 times more than the staff. Private pool has algae. Rainwater leaks inside the room. In family villa just one shower area with non functional shower. Huge but inconvenient. Probably that’s what is living with nature.
Hospitality very good, helpful staff trying to make your stay better but infrastructure is very poor.

We had an amazing and relaxing time here. The hotel is clean and amenities are good. Loved the 24hr room service and we were able to have dinner at our own time. We stayed at the pool villas for our honeymoon and had a complimentary cake and massage. Staff were warm and friendly. The room was very comfortable. They provide a shuttle service to Ubud Centre so that was really convenient for us.

Very Beautiful Place for Stay, the only problem was too many lizards. As they consider lizards and geckos as holy animals

Furama was amazing, it was our first time in Bali and they made us feel SO welcome. Our Butler Bayu was also very nice, the staff in general are always chirpy and nice, always checking in on you and making sure you are okay. We have transferred to Bhavana Villas in Seminiyak and I can say right now that I want to go back to Furama because their hospitality was out of this world. Very clean villas, they came in every night to set us up for bed, food was yummmm and overall experience was 10/5:) I can’t wait to come back!

Affordable villas with private pool, well maintained facilities, calm and serene village environment.

Accompanied my spouse to this place for a honeymoon. Took a room with a private pool. The place is incredibly beautiful and all the amenities are too quality. Would highly recommend this place to anyone (specially my indian friends)

A beautiful serene villa complex tucked away just outside of Ubud. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. There was a large breakfast selection each morning and you could also choose to have your breakfast delivered to your villa to enjoy while in the water. To get around, you needed to get a 30minute ride to the centre but this was provided complimentary to guests. This service did stop at around 6pm however but there are ample taxis to choose from in Ubud.

Just come n stay here you'll find the magic feelin.comfy yes! Romantic yes! Food taste good yes! Friendly staff yes! Its recomended!

Tolle Privatvilla. Spitzenareal. Toller Service und Essen. Superschön und ruhig. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Einfach nur empfehlenswert.
