The best experience I’ve had at a clinic in Bali. The staff are kind and the clinic is very clean. Dr. Diah helped me and she knew exactly what to do. Very recommended clinic in Bali!

Great service, starting from WhatsApp support. They answered all my questions in a timely manner even late in the evening. Next morning I did a blood test, lady at the registration desk, nurses, everyone was so nice.
So far the best prices for blood tests in town.

Klinik yang bagus, pengalaman pernah cek darah dan kesehatan disini. Harga bagus cukup terjangkau, tempat bersih, dan ruang tunggu yang nyaman. Staff nya ramah ramah dan sangat membantu, bekerja secara profesional. Akses untuk parkir bagus, mudah untuk yang bawa mobil.

Kemarin sempat ada kepentingan untuk test antigen, awalnya bingung rumah sakit atau klinik-nya koq tidak tetlihat dari jalan ya.ternyata emang sedang pembangunan jadi lokasi lobi maupun ruang tunggu memang terbatas.

Perfect service. 65k for a quick antigen with results in 30 minutes by whatsapp. It is also the cheapest I have seen on my way to the airport.

Been here to do the PCR test same day result.
I'm asking for help to get the result done quicker than their standard time, due to urgent situation and they help me with that.
Result received an hour earlier than what I'm expecting, also they can assist you with the document language. If you need the result in English, they will do that for you.
Fast response when I first time text them via whatsapp, and for the price is the cheapest one that I have found in Bali.
There no extra charge for the price, same day result or standard result (1*24hr) are same price.
Recommended place if you looking for pre departure test for your international travel requirements.

PCR test was positive, but after testing multiple times at other clinics, all RT-PCT and antigen tests were negative.

Also they made a typo in our address and passport number for the result and they were not looking very happy that we asked to change it.

We think their test is not accurate for travel purposes, because we saw other reviews like this.

This laboratory costed us a lot of money, lost time and stress. Rather drive a little further.

pengalaman saja, saya antigen hasil positif kemudian saya antigen dan pcr di klinik lain hasil Negatif, selama tiga hari berturut2 hasil negatif di klinik lain, Saya coba baik2 buat balik ke klinik ada masalah apa tpi tdk direspon dan saya coba tlpn cs tpi diberikan jawaban yg tdk jelas dan respon lambat, ujung2nya malah di suruh PCR di klinik ini lagi ya, saya ogah lah yg ada saya di positifkan lagi, 1 banding 3 klinik loh masa yg tiga klinik yg salah hasil ya kan

Went here to do RT PCR test because they are on the list of Singapore's Ministry of Health (accepted clinic). Everything went smoothly except the test result. On the same day, our self administered test and AG test (did in Fullerton) both came out negative but our RT PCR test came out positive. We had to go to other clinic to do RT PCR test again - came out negative.

Don't come here. It is just a waste of money and time.

Not worth the stress!

I had MD appointment there and he is really knowledgeable about my medical condition and the nurses are friendly. Overall, I love the service that they provide.
