FOX HARRIS Jiimbaran Beach

Nice stay even one night great view from rooftop but a bit far walk from mall.resto.beach.

Great hotel very well located 250m from the huge Jimbaran beach. The neighborhood is very nice, you can find everything within a few minutes of walking and scootering. The hotel offers very nice services such as breakfast which is really worth it even at an extra cost, billiards and a swimming pool on the roof with a large bar. The view is magnificent over the ocean. The rooms are very good too. I highly recommend this hotel because it is a very good 4 star and it is very affordable in terms of price.

Cool hotel in a good standard and the pool on the roof is great in the evening and a very beautiful sunset

Service at the hotel was good staff was really friendly. Would have expected a little more from a 4 star hotel.

Lokasi strategis, kamar luas dengan kasur yang besar cukup untuk 3 orang & sofa bed yang besar, kebersihan ok, kolam renang di rooftop dengan pemandangan langsung ke arah laut, staff ramah & permintaan tambahan selimut & handuk di respon dengan cepat

We came here to relax. Unfortunately we don't have any of that as there is currently a rugby event going on right next door. That means drunk, loud guests everywhere. Lying quietly by the pool is therefore impossible and you can also hear the game playing very loudly in the room. Information from the hotel in advance would have been appropriate, especially given the price. The hotel is also one of the main sponsors, so it knew about the event and was explicitly designed to accommodate the majority of sports guests. It really is an absolute disaster and we regret coming here. If you're looking for peace and quiet, you should go somewhere else. There is no insight from the staff either, just an answer along the lines of “tough luck. ”

In the end, the pool was also serviced, so relaxing by the pool again became impossible.

In addition, the rooms were not well thought out from start to finish.
The light switch on the bed also controls the light in the bathroom.
The bathtub is elevated, so excess water when showering, which cannot be avoided, cannot drain away and floods the entire bathroom.
The toilet cannot be cleaned, there is no shower or toilet brush typical of Bali. Unfortunately, that's what the toilet looked like, brown spots everywhere.
There is only one keycard, which means that cell phone charging is not possible during breakfast.

The breakfast has a varied selection, but unfortunately everything is cold. You have to be lucky at the omelet counter, some employees don't understand you and put in the wrong ingredients - which can be very dangerous if you have allergies.

The rooms are huge, the staff is friendly and the hotel is close to the beach. The breakfast is 3/5.
Unfortunately, our room reeked of cigarettes. At first we thought there was a strange smell and we didn't think much of it. Later in the evening, it became clear that previous guests had been smoking everywhere, especially in the bathroom. I wouldn't stay here more than one night!

We stayed at a very nice hotel with a friendly staff who were available to assist us during our stay if we needed anything.
Rooms are kept clean and in good repair, as well as the environment.
Walking on the beach, you can get to the Jimbaran restaurants as well as the airport within a short driving distance. A beautiful view can be seen from the swimming pool, which has a great view.

Saya check out tgl 8 Januari 2023 pada pukul 04.00 WITA kamar nomor 315 atas Nama Sabatho, saya check out sesuai prosedur dg melapor ke reception, saya terbang ke Palangkaraya transit surabaya dan tiba di bandara Palangkaraya pukul 12.00 WIB, artinya ada jeda waktu dari saya checkout sd saya tiba di bandara tujuan 8 jam, stlh saya cek bagasi ternyata 1 dus oleh2 tidak ada, saya sempat komplen ke bandara stlh dicek 17 bagasi pas sesuai dg label, saya baru ngeh jangan2 ketinggalan di hotel, stlh saya tlfn ke nomor hotel yg saya dapat di internet ternyata benar barang saya tsb ketinggalan di hotel, lalu knp saya komen buruk? Berkut alasan saya:
1. Di dus oleh oleh tsb jelas tertulis nama dan no hp aktif saya di stiker putih jelas terlihat (stiker yg disediakan oleh pusat oleh2 krisna), lalu knp saya tidak dihubungi? Saya komplen dan SANGAT panik di bandara, dg waktu 8 jam, jika alasan karena saya cekout kesubuhan dg tdk ada roomboy cek barang, lalu saat di dapat dan posisi barang saya sdh di reception knp saya ga dihub?
2.reception baru sadar bahwa ada stiker lumayan besar bertulis nama dan no hp saya stlh saya tlfn, lalu jika dia ga sadar dan anggap dus saya ga ada identitas dan dia simpan di reception, knp dia ga berusaha cari tau nama saya yg nginep d stu, karna saat check in saya diminta tulis no hp, dan saya nginep hasil dari bloking perusahaan saya bekerja, jika no hp saya saat checkin tdk jelas kan bsa hun ke perusahaan yg ksh saya nginep di situ.

Nah dari situ dapatkah disimpulkan, bahwa pegawai hotel tdk punya rasa empati, inisiatif dan kepedulian, kalo saya ga tlfn lalu barang saya mau dikemanakan? Saya berhak curiga akan di ambil oleh staff tsb.demikian komplen saya.terima kasih

Location is just okay. About 200m walk to the beach. The beach itself isn't great, lots of rubbish and a little murky. There are nicer beaches in Bali.
Breakfast is not the greatest, small selection and not really tasty.
Rooms are nice. We happened to get a large room with jacuzzi.

I stayed here for 3 nights. I booked the deluxe room. I guess this is the standard room, but it's so spacious, with a long sofa. And a bath tub! The view from restaurant also outstanding. But the breakfast is ala carte, not buffet. You can choose american style (sausage, egg, pancake) or indonesian style (soto ayam/nasi goreng), but it is not a problem for me considering the price. This hotel is good value for money, and I'm so satisfed. Definetely recommended hotel, and will be back if there's any chance

Excelent service for pleasure with your beloved family. Homey to stay near by the beach also. Very recommended place.

Wunderschönes Hotel. Das Frühstück ist super. Sehr viel Obst alles frisch und eine tolle Auswahl an Nudeln, Reis usw. Auch für Menschen die gerne süße Sachen zum Frühstück essen ist es perfekt.
Alles ist sauber. Der Pool ist ein Highlight und total sauber.
Die Mitarbeiter sind so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Würde jederzeit wiederkommen einfach super!

A great hotel with strategic location. We booked Junior Suite with a very good price (IDR 640k/night). The room was pretty big and comfy with wooden floor, although there were some spot that wasn’t perfectly cleaned. It seemed like an old hotel building tho, but still OK. The bathroom was completed with shower and bathtub. And the highlight is a jacuzzi at the corner beside the window! Very nice experience

Tapi sayangnya salah satu karyawannya ada yang penipu.bisa klarifikasi untuk masalah ini? Dia membawa kabur uang saya.akan lebih baik jika bisa di pertemukan dengan yang bersangkutan

Jalan masuk ke hotel kecil, kamar bagus, layanan saat makan pagi kurang baik karena semua orang yang melayani di ruang makan menanyakan nomor makan (tidak ada orang khusus yang ditugaskan)

Hotel di gang sempit yang tarifnya adfordable di sekitaran pantai Jimbaran, staff receptionnya ramah², ameneties dan perlengkapan kamar hotel perlu diperbarui, handuk nya sudah mangkak, sprei nya kurang fresh, sampai minta HK utk ganti sprei baru. Staff foortop barnya juga sangat ramah.

The rooms are nice (big enough, silencious) but using the shower puts water everywhere in the bathroom.

The pool on the roof is just incredible.

The service is nice and they clean the rooms very quickly.

I Absolutely LOVE the Fox Hotel - super friendly, helpful staff, beautiful rooftop pool with breathtaking views, delicious breakfast, clean spacious luxurious rooms & bathrooms & sooo close to the beach (only a few mins walk!) & a short walk to the Main Street with convenience stores etc.
