The people were extremely nice and attentive. Service was superb. I would definitely go back just for how they treated me and my family.

It was a really fantastic experience. If you are staying in Bali, it is worth staying again without hesitation.

What bought me to four seasons? I don’t usually do big tourism brands. But I don’t regret it. Four seasons Bali runs very harmoniously with the environment it is in and still feels very authentic. Spa is other-worldly.

Excellent stay! The kids loved the kids club! Food is brilliant at Riverside, try the Mozzarella Salad! We did the rafting from the hotel which stops you back at the hotel which is exactly what you want after your done ;-) We tried the couples Balinese massage, super relaxing. Highly recommend.

We had the most incredible lunch here in the Riverside Restaurant. From the impeccable service, beautiful environment and outstanding food it all added up to perfection! In particular the zucchini carpaccio was superb as was the tagliatelle.

It all started with the welcoming positive energy, which should, and is the epitome of the environment and culture of Ubud. <br/>when I saw Awin Adiputra, whom I believe is the manager of the hotel, I felt right at home. Anytime we needed anything, we did not have to ask.he was always offering and anticipating our needs without us needing to open our mouths. The food is made with love, the rooms are meticulously clean. The Four Seasons Sayan truly lives up to its recognition of being the top resort in the world. I want to reiterate that during our time in Bali, we stayed twice during our stay in Ubud, due to the incredible customer service of that Awin provided. Top stay in Ubud!
