Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Seminyak

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Hospitality was next level - the team are so friendly and kind. Everyone will always greet you so sweetly. Special mention to Sella and Youdi for making our mornings at the delicious breakfast buffet fantastic. Pool & gym were also excellent. Highly recommend staying here!

Highly recommend this hotel. Not just for its location and stunning rooms and amenities, but mainly for the staff who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Many thanks to Devi who organised a take away breakfast and coffee for me early in the morning as I booked a room with breakfast included but forgot I had an early morning flight and had to leave before the dining room opened. Awesome staff… awesome hotel!

We chose this hotel was not only because of its location but also because of the "Sheraton" name (trusted). We plan to celebrate our ANNIVERSARY at this hotel, EVEN THOUGH the rooms available were ONLY the highest ones but we still believe to Sheraton, BUT our the experience of staying here was not pleasant. I requested a welcoming card BUT the name written was WRONG, then the Jacuzzi and safety BOX didn't work so we needed some time to wait. And what was most disappointing, we found used SOCKS in the TV area. Even though we were given a replacement (Spa voucher) BUT this experience was really disappointing.

Medium size hotel but just perfect for a short vacation. Rooms cleaned in no time while being at breakfast. Wide variety for breakfast or lunch, dinner. Nice pool area n rooftop bar. Close to the beach (10min walk) or restaurants within 5-8min walk.
Staff super kind n fully committed to satisfy your exceptactions. Highly recommendable.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful people. We had such a pleasant time at Four Points Seminyak, everyone was extremely cooperative. Breakfast was incredible as well. 100 Points!

The hotel itself is very pleasing to watch with great architecture. Adding that to the amazing hotel room with amenities and a delicious breakfast.

We totally enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Firstly, the staff here is extremely pleasant to deal with and attentive. Great check-in experience. Later during our stay, we wanted to borrow some cutlery to cut local fruits we bought - the staff in the restaurant instead went to pick it up, cut it for us and brought it back wow! Breakfast selection is great, swimming pool is wonderful. Would come here again!

Location was good. Can get to the semiyak resturant rather easily. Rooms were decent but old. Outside Floor left dirty. The Safe spoilt when I checked in and had to call for repair the mother board. Bun spray was also not working. The Door was also spoilt and I was locked out. They had to call repair man to come and changed the mother board. Place needs upgrade. Its an old place so avoid if you can.

There was no bell boy when we arrived. The receptionist had to bring our bags up. It seems they are understaffed

We were informed by the front desk lady that our room will be ready in 30 minutes, then it becomes 1 hour, then it becomes 1.5 hour. We had to Gojek food at the lobby and it has ruined our plan for the day.

The towel in the room has brown stains. The toilet faucet bidet could not be used.

The only good thing is that there is a receptionist gentleman that helped us to carry the bag. He was very polite and tried to listen and help us.

After receiving a generic reply to my review below I was left thinking that it would be another pointless review. Shortly after, the manager came and found me and apologised personally and said it was very important for him to receive the feedback and will make changes. He also brought us a couple of beers which he really didn’t have to do and wasn’t why I reviewed.
This is why I’ve changed my review because I do understand that finding trained staff especially after covid has been difficult for everyone, myself included.
Thanks again to the manager and I’m sure things will improve with that kind of attention to detail.

As a bar and restaurant owner, I found it very hard to write this review and it took many poor services to push me to write this.
The hotel itself is cheap and clean. That’s about where the positives end.
The staff individually are very polite and friendly.
My main issue lies with the speed of service. I can take into account that i’m on holiday and in a slower pace country but the time it takes to be served here is beyond acceptable and if I was to put together an average sales amount that this hotel loses on an hourly basis, I believe the owner would be extremely concerned.
From 30 minute waits for towels or included beer buckets (which take 2 minutes to put together and deliver) or to be given the water you asked for when you first sit down….
To having to go to the manager to “REQUEST” to be served at New Year’s Eve during an over priced package deal that you had pre purchased.
I tried to be polite and patient but it almost seemed like this hotel and bar/restaurant was trying to not take your money.
I could almost thank them for saving me money because I didn’t spend half on budget due to the lack of service I received.
I hate writing reviews this but as someone from this industry, I’m asking and begging the owners/managers to care and spend some time with their training.
For a city that has highly become a tourist hotspot, this place isn’t acceptable.
I apologise for the swearing in my video but I was extremely frustrated due to this being the situation every single day/night and wanted to show that it wasn’t busy and therefore not an excuse

bar, spa, dan kolam renang outdoor.

Great service. Hotel was clean and tidy. The room was great. Staff went above and beyond my expectations

Love the room, Vasanti Suite offers such a great view and is very spacious, perfect if you are traveling with kids.

One of the better stays I have had in a while. The staff was very attentive and made every effort to make your stay amazing. Almost the entire staff made an effort to talk to us with our name. Every step in our stay from check in to check out was made effortless with everyone providing recommendations for places to visit during our stay. Everything at the hotel is priced very reasonable in respect to where you are staying. Definitely go upstairs to the rooftop bar to enjoy the beautiful sunset. They do provide a free buggy ride to places close by so do use it.

Sound proofing is pretty poor. Can hear practically anyone who is talking or walking along the corridor. Breakfast has many local choices and service there is great. But the lack of a good sleep due to noise is the reason for my rating.
