Lovely experience. And I was so exited to get my hair done. I had a cut and a balayage and it ended up looking exactly how I expected it. The guidance from the staff was amazing and very professional. I had my hair done by Rulla and Nilam

Worst experience I ever had while doing my nails. She just cut them, did a terrible shape then wanted to put extension because she did a mess. With glue on my nail… worst experience I ever had!

I had a hair cut and wash at Flow and it was such a great experience. Nilam is very knowledgeable and gives a great head massage! Would highly recommend!

THE best massage I've ever had in my life. Period. Listen, I'm not the kind of person who enjoys being slathered in oil and glided around (though they do offer those kinds of massages). I'm a grabby, fascia pulling, connective tissue stretching kinda girl. So the shiatsu was perfect for me and Indah is an actual massage Goddess. 90 minutes of absolute bliss. I would seriously consider going to Bali and just copping the plane ticket fee as a 100% worthwhile cost of getting this massage again. 10/10.

Amazing mani pedi. Plus a very skilled wax lady, which is very lovely. So I will come to flow instead of doing it myself. Always a pleasure, kind and skilled staff. Plus always good results that last long.

It was a lovely experience at Flow Beauty Lab! My nails look perfect and the service was lovely.

Gel polish on one nail fell off a few days after the manicure, I came in for a correction. They made and coated with the wrong color. After this all salon tried to find the color of my coating. It turned out to be a very difficult task. I spent 1.5 hours in the salon, and I only needed to cover one nail. Can not recommend, not professional attitude to work

Prices were raised by a lot- owner is very unfriendly. I cherish venues which give every client the feeling that they are welcomed which is not the case here.

Definitely use the lockers. The woman that did my massage stole money from my purse. I could tell she was distracted towards the end of my massage (using one hand and stopping/slowing down in a very weird way), but I figured she was texting or something. Then I heard the “click” on the latch of my purse. The massage was finished moments later, and I immediately counted the money I had taken out from the atm just moments before walking into here. It was my first day and my first time taking out money, so there was no mistaking how much was in my purse. I was alone, didn’t want to argue with anyone, and felt so disappointed that I just paid and left without saying anything, but many people told me to reach out and let them know what had happened, so I did, but their response was just as disappointing. Be careful of your belongings when you go here.

Loved getting my hair done here. The staff is so friendly, the studio is beautiful, and Nicole (the stylist director) did a great job on my hair color/cut. She is such a competent and skilled professional who is customer-focused. Gizha who handled all the washing and styling was also a pleasure. After the first visit I was generally happy with the result but had a small issue with the color tone. I appreciated it very much that I was offered a complimentary follow up appointment to correct it and leave me a 100% happy customer.

Gel nails all cracked 2 days, way more expensive than other places and not lasting. Hard to remove as there were too many layers

I had the best experience at Flow Beauty Lab in canggu! I came 3 times during my stay, twice for a full body massage which was incredible both times. And then for an express gel manicure and pedicure! They spent so much time on each nail, they didn’t rush at all and I love the results!

300 k for making eyebrow for men? Seriously? Btw 300 is already with discount 30% lol
For this money they didn’t ever did a good job, I don’t seen much different from before.

All the places in Bali take for this job max 100 k. Here is 400. Why? It’s fabulous salon like Beauty lab? No. It’s 10 miter corner in Berawa. Famous maybe? Nah.maybe they do good job like in Gold dust? Not even close…. Strange pricing 100% not worth it.
