2 stars because the atmosphere is great and the receptionists take their time with you. The massage, however, had nothing to do with a body to body massage. I've had incredibly good ones and can therefore compare. The masseuse was listless and obviously didn't want to do her work. The service is clearly far too expensive for that. I advise everyone against it! Save your money!
It feels a lot like money-making and exploitation.

I had an amazing experience with my husband at flame spa. The therapist were great and everything was professional. We really enjoyed it.

Went for a couple spa with my wife

What went well: -
1- very different experience The first time I did this kind of activity

2- welcoming guard and receptionist

3- they keep phone and purse outside in locker so therapist doesn't expect any tip

Where did they cheat?

They changed the girl which i selected for me

I knew from the moment she entered my room but didn't say anything as I didn't want to spoil my mood on the spot

Excellent service all round. Online booking easy. Reception were very polite, efficient and discrete. Rooms were clean, well appointed and hygienic. Girls were friendly and provided 5 star service. Nice place to have a beer afterwards, transport was arranged. Highly recommended.

Flame Spa Seminyak is a beautiful place to discover more things about yourself you thought you never would've, It is so clean and visually stunning and the staff are amazing with beautiful service, the therapists are amazing in massage and it's always nice to have a laugh and conversation with them.

It was the worst burger in my life.an overflowing cutlet cannot be eaten, it falls apart.had to eat with a fork. Dessert was brought when we had already drunk coffee.

Best spa in Bali! The place was nice, modern, clean and comfy. The receptionists are very welcoming and friendly. Definitely will come back again anytime soon. Best place for a massage!

The experience was mind-blowing. We had opted for the couples massage and it was one of our best experiences while in Bali. The staff were super professional and friendly, walking you through the process and answering any questions you might have. The entire space was clean and really beautiful. The massage rooms had a very comfy two person bed where you and your partner can be together while enjoying the massage. Once you're done with your massage, you can even get a drink down at the bar and stay by the pool side. The experience was worth every penny!

This place is amazing. The VOLCANO massage was very much needed. The atmosphere was perfect, and my body feels incredibly rejuvenated. Very clean establishment and great service I will definitely be back!

The manager is very smart in language so be careful.they sell very dirty services and smells of coercion with unclear rules. It's so horrible

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. As a follow up to the negative review below, the scamming therapist 'M' with tattoos on her chest is still employed by Flame, despite violating their policies. Flame even had the gall to blame me for being cheated even though it happened with their employee on their site under their policies. I can't believe the type of behaviour this company condones and allows. The fact they still knowingly employ a proven scammer says it all.
