From the moment we walked in Ryan, Rya and Nita were amazing, welcoming and went above and beyond. We had a 10 out of 10 experience. Highly recommend. Adi from F&B also made us feel welcomed, and we appreciated the hospitality from the team at FIRE and The W.

We booked the free long table to watch the sunset, ordered some happy hour drinks and the waiter gave us a spare fresh Margherita pizza that was made by error, and it was delicious! Vibe and the tunes played was very chillaxing

It's not a restaurant to sell food, but a unique place to sell a set of outstanding dining experience. 6 star restaurant at 5 star hotel

2nd time at Fire and its still an incredible dining experience. Big thanks to Adi and the team for looking after us so wonderfully last night. Cant wait to return!

Unfortunately we had a bad experience in this restaurant. The air conditioning was not working and we were not informed about and there were mosquitoes under de table. The prices are unnecessarily high for a common steak and, probably because the lack of refrigerator, I got food poisoned on my last day at Bali. We don't recommend the place.

Today was the last day of our honeymoon, and honestly we had a pretty bad experience at fire W Bali
First, the waitress forgot to place my order in for the main dish and placed it after she brought out my wife’s food she put my order in; my food was then brought out 20 mins later which was cooked a little under I asked for medium and it was definitely not medium

It was medium rare to rare
After we ate we asked for the bill which once we got it and paid we were still enjoying our dessert the waitress came back and asked us for our card again since she under charged us over all not the best experience for our last day here in Bali

Overpriced and disappointing.
Spent $79 Aud on a main meal which was tiny! Went to Fire for the steak and was underwhelmed by the tiny piece of tough tenderloin. Pork belly was extremely fatty with barely any meat. Waited 30 mins for drinks.
Only positives were the friendliness of the staff and the meal for our toddler.

Great place to visit. The service also outstanding.

Very bad food and slow service. Everything served was cold except pizzas which were from Woobar within W Hotel.

Best breakfast we had in our 10 day Bali trip. The staff made me try Mangosteen for the first time and it was really amazing, felt like eating 3 different fruits in 1 shot. Aneea offered us couple of mock tails and we just loved them. Outdoor seating is the best.

Had breakfast as part of my overnight stay at the W in Bali. Was attended by many welcoming team members including a team member named Aldi. He was very attentive and made sure we happy with the food and service and asked many effective questions such as how long was our stay and I mentioned it was just the one night before flying back to Sydney and then he gifted my friend and I, as traditional Balinese bracelet as well, which was very lovely. Hopefully, I'll return back to Bali again to visit the W.

Pricey but definitely worth it, some of the best steak we have ever had! The sides were a highlight too, creamed and potato gratin, unreal

More than a meal, it's an experience! Went for dinner with my wife, and all the meals were outstanding, in particular our main courses were excellent, with perfectly cooked snapper, and duck courses. All of the cocktails we had were also a great balance of flavours.
All of the staff were excellent, just the right combination of attentive and alert to diners needs, without being intrusive. In particular, Jack, who looked after us for the evening did an amazing job.
Looking forward to our next visit.
