I went casually for a dinner, I spent around 500 aud. I didn't carry to much cash that day, I tried to book a locker, it was 5$ and 45$ for the bond, why 45 just for the bond? They didn't accept card I couldn't go to swing: (

Staff was ok in the bar, the guest were orribile, at 22pm everyone was too drunk, in the entrance police with gun, not really a cool place where to spend a night.

Karna dr masuk pun gadikasi tmpt duduk dan mba nya bilang " hanya standing " hahahaha gue kaget donk, untuk hrg sgitu too expensive bayangin misal gue diawal aja booking ticket 1 jt gadikasi tmpat dduk aja uda mahal apalagi dadakan 1,7? Mksut gue itu minimal gappa si kasi tempat dduk kek apa lah ini ampun deh gue boro" tmpat dduk ini brdiri bro bengong doank buat apa? Udah lagi makanan aja nih kan dikasi credit dr saldo awal ticket tp dikasihnya cuma menu terbatas harusnga sih nih tempat ga asal aja nerima duit tapi tau donk kasian cust elu klo cuma bediri suruh bayar jutaan gila kali ya bad experienceeeeee di taun baru ‍‍‍

Service has always been terrible at best but blamed it on the massive crowd. Unimaginable that a completely empty club can even be worse. There are five homeless people at the bar and they are not able to provide a decent service.

Great place with nice atmosphere. As for the food and drinks, they are overpriced and could be better for the price. Has a great view for sunsets

Best sandwich I've had in a long time in Bali. Atmosphere is cool but not jaw dropping. Went during the day but I imagine the night vibe is quite good

Such regret to chose fins for nye celebration. Its worst, really waste money!
Im ok to pay expensive but its for service, then whats fins offering?
As we only 2 persons, we chose vip ga, because the balance for deluxe is too much
On web, it doesn't state that we couldnt order from resto if we buy only GA or VIP GA because we dont have furniture (table?)
They provide limited bean bag for vip ga but not the small table.
They just offered disgusting junk food while we still have a lot of balance. The drink is also limited.
The staff is so rude & arrogant, and the information was not consistent.
One said can, then when we went back to beanbag, they said cant order.
When its raining, all gathering in food court area, and can order from resto, but just because we have VIP GA band, we cant. In same place? They keep emphasizing furniture.
They dont have preparation for rainy season. So once rain fell, all wet.
There is no much different between GA and VIP GA, all just formalities in beginning. U can enter anywhere even though only GA.
They put sticker on phone camera but inside, they let people to keep recording & taking photos.

I like finns but all only for sunset, still many places to go for it!

Muantabbbbb.pokoknya muantabbbb. Buat Yg suka clubing, di sini beda dari yg lain. Siapkan cokek yg banyak, dan bentar2 di tanyain sama pelayan, mau pesan apa lagi pak?

Super pretty place with great sea and sunset view. The food and drinks are good too! A romantic place for dinner date too.

Tempat asik dan cocok buat enjoy party bareng temen atau gebetan. Live musicnya seru, pemandangan sunset nya juga mantab. Recommended banget lah!

To be honest, this place is not suitable for family. Not because it's quite expensive. 9k 1litre aqua is sold 65k? No ma'am.it's also very crowded. And not a lot of people wear mask since they tend to swim or go to the beach.

People really do come here just to take picture on the finns logo and enjoy the sunset.

All that aside, the view is great. Would I come here again? I don't think so.

My choice of gym when in Bali, and love having a swim in the beautiful pool afterwards. The fresh coconuts and the banana smoothies are also delicious choices in a morning.in the arvo, the splash waterpark is electric and the sportsbar atmosphere is great.

Issues with the Finns Recreational Club membership with their new: " freeze" OPTION (" their support COVID SOLUTION") but still have to pay 50% but can not acces any service and their free "downgrade cards" option and then if you want use those downgraded cards again a they charge "re-activation fee of 10% per card of the membership fee plus the fee of the months you downgraded those same cards"?

Upgrading and downgrading the amount of cards used to be free, untill last september. Now you can down or upgrade the amount of cards for free. So if you have less guests in your villa you can take less (downgrade) the cards at any time. Vice versa with upgrading, pay per 3 months.

Now you have to pay 10% of every card you want to upgrade. 10% of the entry member ship fee (1200USD to join registry fee) which is a 2jt (120USD) per card you want to upgrade BUT this is the kicker: you need to pay for those months you downgraded that card also in full. So in the end you paid all the months even more then in the freeze option, plus the 10%.

A service that used to be free and without retroactive payments, since they have already a hefty membership fee a 20jt for 5yrs, next to their monthly fees of 1 to 2jt per card, you would.expect you would get some service for that 20jt.

That was the free upgrade and downgrade but not sure what benefit this brings anymore.

Is it me or does this looks like a misleading their customers?

Membership of 12 cards paid over 380jt (21.000 USD) in fees over the last 6 years, we have 4 years left. We plan to take 12 cards again but because of Covid our business is on 0. Out of loyalty we took 6 cards still but they will charge us still if we want to upgrade again to the old amount of 12.

We dont know when that will be maybe in 6 or 7 months. But then they will charge us re-activation fee of 2jt (120USD per card) 720 dollars plus we need to retroactive the months we didnt use those cards monthly fees. A bit strange to charge cards that you downgraded as they are actually non existent anymore. So they expect us still for 6 member ship cards extra while we were not member with those 6 cards. So that would be 7 months x 6 membership cards: 42jt (3000 USD) plus 720 USD = 3720 USD just to upgrade from 6 memberships to 12 memberships.

Then they have 6 extra members and 6 extra member fees.

This must be the only company in the world that punishes their customers for bring extra business to their business, this after already bringing them already for 6 years over 21.000 USD in fees.

Considering they changed this free upgrade and downgrade option last September'20 during their closure of Covid it is highly suspicious what the motivation is behind this trickery.

Dissapointing to say the least.

We will bring our business elsewhere.

We really like splash.we prefer it to waterbomb. Lot smaller. And i can see our kid. Food and drinks are great to.

Based on bowling and food alone, all in all not great the food was warm at best pizza chewy and little flavor. Drinks and COVID measures were ok. All in all below par for Bali

The renovation of the pool area gave the long needed additional shaded places for families. However the level of service in the pool area remains bad. Plenty of staff standing around but don't react to signs or calls. They prefer to chit chat and avoid any possible customer contact. I had to get up and walk to the staff to place my order and even then there was little desire to take the order. A disappointed gold member.

P. S. Would the staff continuosly walk around the pool and get eye contact with all customers it would rise the revenue remarkably. But guests give up ordering.

It was a horrible experience. We waited 30 minutes for the club’s car from Finns beach club to Finns Recreation, It was only a 5-minute drive, which made us spend too much time waiting. When we could not wait any longer and suggested that we could take a taxi, the staff told us that they had informed the club's car to pick us up and told us not to take a taxi, we waited for more than 10 minutes
