Faces Restaurant at The Balé

We went to this restaurant for dinner.
First I ordered a cocktail, but it took about 30 minutes to get it because it was busy. We were the only customers. It seemed like they were busy making room service, so I thought I'd just have a drink, but when I asked for the bill, I was told, "Why aren't you ordering food? " which made me uncomfortable.
Another day, I ordered a ribeye from room service. What came out was the artificial meat in the photo, and no matter how you look at it, it was not ribeye. It is different from the menu photo and from previous reviews. I thought maybe I had mistakenly served the vegetarian steak, but I couldn't taste it, so I ate it anyway.
After I finished eating, the staff asked me how I liked the ribeye. I received an email saying, ``I think there was a mistake. It didn't taste good. '' I replied.
I thought an apology would be fine, but the staff member says, "This is a ribeye. "
He said, ``We served the food fine, but if you don't think it tastes good, we won't charge you for the ribeye. '' It would be over if he just said sorry, but he doesn't seem to want to apologize.
It was the worst restaurant in the worst hotel.
If you really want to try this frustrating restaurant, just say the food was not good. The staff may even give you free food.

I was worried because there weren't many reviews about The Ballet, but when I arrived, the food was delicious, the service was good, and the nasi goreng/pancake/croissant sandwiches were really good!

The foods are delicious. The atmosphere is so cozy. The services and waitress are so excellent. This is the best restaurant.

This was the first restaurant to serve actual bread rolls. The sweet corn soup and the pumpkin soup were perfect. We had the pork ribs, the rack of lamb and the steak; all was tasty and well made. The deserts were world class. Excellent place. Highly recommend this.

This is a fabulous restaurant located within The Balé premises. Excellent location for fine dining. Staff is super courteous and the food is served quite fast, so the waiting time is pretty low. Got a good variety of food options too. You can even order your food into your room too. The Bento Box is a must have. Their bakery items are pretty tasty too.

We had a lunch at this restaurant, it was really a great experience, they brought us to the restaurant by a caddy, and offered to drive is back. The restaurant has an open kitchen and the service is amazingly attentive and smiling. The food was really good, the place is very designed and the music was great. The food was good but a bit overpriced, counting all together it was still worth it. They also organize cooking classes and the couple that took the class was quite happy. I recommend to visit this place.
