Loved my class! Just know that you only get the free trial if you have a Bali residence, not for tourists.

Easy access, wonderful trainer, friendly staff and very accommodating.
They also offer a lot of range of passes for short term member which is very convinient. Get your workout done while on holiday in only 45mins. Definitely recommended.

Classes are great, with suitable options of schedule. Shout out to all of the coaches, always give instructions & correct my form/poses while training, thank you!

Almost a year done F45 and im very proud of my self being me now…F45 Seminyak pushing my limit, changing my bad habits, make training becoming needed…all staff and trainers very welcomed, and always motivated you…make positive mind always….

Love this gym. Signing up for my third month in a row. The studio is super nice, well-lit by natural light and spacious. The trainers and staff are accommodating, helpful and very engaging during workouts. Possibly the best F45 studio I have been to so far.

I'm going to miss you all while I'm gone. Thank you for making me feel so welcome and becoming such a reliable source of enjoyment, socialization, and of course fitness. It's like Cheers. "where everybody knows your name". The staff is remarkable and they all make a significant effort to learn your name. By my 2nd visit, most of them had already learned mine. Vera is such an amazing and encouraging coach, plus the ladies behind the desk are incredibly helpful, friendly, and will always put a smile on your face - even if it's at 7am. A lot of the staff goes back and forth between Seminyak and Canggu, so I can say comparable things about that location as well (looking at you and those tall socks, Pierre). Living abroad (often as a solo traveler) can be challenging, so it's very nice to have something stable and welcoming like this studio you can always depend upon. See you all soon.

I have actually really enjoyed the two classes I have experienced so far.they are varied and the class actually goes very quickly:) I also like that the trainers adapted a couple of the exercises due to my back

I have been training at F45 Seminyak for about a year an a half and I still never getting bored. Every day is a new workout, you never get to do the same thing twice, stations are challenging, music is excellent too. There is a good balance between cardio and strength days and every Saturday you get to celebrate the end of the week with an hour Hollywood workout which consists of a cardio and weights lifting combo, boosted by a live dj. It's glorious!
Trainers and staff are awesome and love their members.
I recommend this gym for anyone, beginners or gym rats, you'll get fun and results!

A+ Seminyak F45 is the perfect way to start my day. The staff are professional and friendly.
This is training at its best to condition your body with strengthening your fitness and building muscle. All the training is programmed from worldwide training experts. Highly recommend you try this circuit training.

The best training center I've found so far. They make workout so convenient with their various programs, schedules and body scanning so you can always track your progress.

Nice and spacious studio. Even with full classes you still have space and don’t feel cramped. It’s on the 6th floor of the building. And fyi: they use the F45 Glowfox app.

Great Gym for workout with excelent inovating programs. The time table in the mornings is really helpful to us who like to start the day early to train. The staff there to my surprise is very friendly and made me feel right at home. Would recommend to any passing by

Absolutely LOVE this place. All the equipment is brand new and they have a strict no towel no train rule which is amazing for hygiene standards. The staff are all super lovely and very encouraging. This is not a gym that you feel self conscious in at all. The classes are all team classes and you feel totally comfortable in. The owners are really lovely and actually care about the people who train here and their results. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Bali and living here. Can't recommend them more highly.
