Pelayanan sangat buruk, saya beli iphone 15 promax tetapi tidak dilayanin dengan baik oleh pihak penjual (laki² tinggi wajah blasteran), sifat penjual pasif tidak memberikan informasi/arahan penggunaan hp bahkan saya tidak dibantu untuk membuat apple id padahal penjual tersebut tau jika saya pengguna baru produk apple dan juga tidak dibantu untuk melalukan setting hp, wajah ketus seperti meremehkan. Mohon untuk di evaluasi lagi karyawan tersebut untuk kenyamanan pembeli.
Karyawannya ramah, pokoknya puas dg pelayanannya kak Andin Di bantu buat Apple di dan pindah data

Pengalaman terburuk untuk sekelas Apple, iphone saya awalnya di approve karena rusak lcd dan masih bisa claim garansi resmi, namun kemudian ditolak dan harus dikirim ke jakarta, NAMUN MEREKA TIDAK MEREFER UNTUK MENGIRIM DARI SINI! Very very bad services!

Macbook pro m1.manufacturing defect - the keyboard leaves marks / scratches on the screen. Notebook is under warranty. The girl said that they would not replace the screen, since the keyboard and screen work. My request to call the manager was ignored. After I called Apple, they created a referral to the service and accepted the complaint. But I won't go to them again. I do not recommend

I can’t begin to review the shocking experience I had here. I brought in my MacBook Pro which had a very small hairline crack on the screen but the keyboard was working perfectly which I have proof of. When I picked it up they had broken the keyboard and denied all knowledge of it and lied, saying it was faulty when in fact I had proof it wasn’t as they asked me to log in. Obviously I needed a working keyboard to do this. I asked to speak with The manger and technician but was only allowed to deal with very unprofessional receptionist who’s English was appalling. Im making a formal complaint against this store as they shouldn’t be allowed to trade. I’ve used apple all of my life and the usual reputation is one of professionalism. This is a second rate place. Please DO NOT take your device here or you will be sorry. I’ve seen many reviews here who have also had similar experience and the reply from eworld is the same for everyone. They dismiss it and blatantly lie.
This is their response to everyone. They won’t get away with what they w done and I will continue to take formal action until they either admit and fix my keyboard or have them put out of business.

Ah suddenly you remember me! It may be solved for me but Apple US are going to do a detailed inquiry of your company. I wasn’t even able to have names if your team members. You broke my Mac and then you lie openly. Unacceptable. Let apple deal with it. Goodbye

Unfortunately there is no stock of most of the Apple products. Big advertisement is done but you cannot buy the product. When trying to ask questions you are lost if you aren't Indonesian. No English speaking staff and the only answer you get is either "no" or "I don't know".

Y’all these guys were amazing! EKA, took care of me at the desk and she was the
epitome of professionalism. My computer went dark, it wouldn’t turn on, would hold a charge, but I wasn’t able to get any feedback from it. I thought I might have to get new parts.
Eka walked me through their process thoroughly. She made sure that I understood that they would do a diagnostic, how much I would be charged for it, that I would have the opportunity to pick it back up if I chose not to move forward with the repair, and if parts needed to be acquired from Singapore, she told me the wait time for that as well.
I had all the information. She didn’t promise anything she couldn’t deliver.
That’s all you could really ask for.
But then, Eka went above and beyond, and because this is my only computer, from which I make a living, she was able to prioritize it, I got it back sooner than expected, all it needed was a software update.and was able to Cover my shift without losing any income!
