We recently had the pleasure of working with the incredible wedding planner, Sari, to create the most magical day of our lives in the breathtaking paradise of Bali. We had met Sari 5 years prior when she arranged a suprise vowel renewal for my parents, from the moment we met Sari, we knew we were in the hands of a true professional, but little did we know just how extraordinary our wedding experience would be.

Our journey with Sari began in 2020 when we initially planned our wedding. Unfortunately, the world was hit by the unexpected pandemic, and like countless others, we had to postpone our special day. What truly sets Sari apart is her unparalleled dedication and genuine care for her clients. Despite the challenging circumstances, she remained by our side, supporting us every step of the way, and ensuring that our dream wedding would eventually become a reality.

Fast forward two years later, and our wedding day finally arrived. From the moment we woke up, Sari was there, orchestrating every detail with precision, grace, and an infectious enthusiasm that made us feel at ease. Sari planned our unforgettable 2 day wedding at Pandawa Cliff Estate in August 2022. We arranged the wedding from overseas, having never visited the venue or met the vendors. Sari was full of ideas and provided numerous choices for all types of vendors and her patience allowed us to make informed decisions throughout. Our wedding day was one to remember, not only were we in the beautiful location of Uluwatu surrounded by our close family and friends but we had the most perfectly orchestrated day from start to finish by Sari & her amazing team at Events Planner Bali.
With our busy lives back in Australia we knew it would be hard to organise an overseas wedding in Bali, but having made contact with Sari all our worries and stress disappeared.
We chose a private villa so we could customise everything to how we wanted, & Sari made this process so easy as she provided many quotes and options, & managed our budget along the way.
Keeping in touch was simple through email and WhatsApp, and we also met up with her 6months before our wedding to finalise everything, & also taste test our wonderful food & wedding cake!
Thank you again Sari & Team, I wouldn’t change a thing from our wedding day it was just magical & everything we could have dreamt of.

Planning a Bali wedding seemed all too much then I got in contact with Sari.
After a few back and forths and also sending my Pinterest board to her, I knew Sari was the one! My husband was hesitant in spending the money on a planner but hand on heart we both agree it was the best investment ever!
I had only met her once in Bali while we were on holidays but she knew exactly what we wanted and even suggested things I didn’t even knew i wanted. Fast forward to our wedding day Sari and her team not only delivered my dream wedding but went over and above! EVERY SINGLE DETAIL WAS PERFECTION!
