Emerhub is slightly more expensive, but saying that, they are also more professional as they are a larger company. Tika & Raditya were terrifically efficient and helpful, and I received all the best information possible and perfect guidance throughout the process. Very professional and reliable service for securing visas to Indonesia. The team always respond quickly and make the whole process as smooth as possible.

We have used Emerhub for a couple of different tasks; firstly, to arrange our company formation and Kitas' for our new business in Bali and since for our tax reporting, both on a personal and company level.

We had heard many stories of bad experiences with agents who charge but never deliver, and decided to chose Emerhub for their professional looking website and super-fast responses, at first by email, and then after by phone calls or whatsapp (even when we needed information 'out of normal hours', we've had a response).

Triin, who runs the office is superb. We found her easy to work with, great to communicate with and above all, honest with the advice she gave us. She won't promise you something that she can't deliver, even if that advice is not what you 'want' to hear.
